I gues the serial is trying to show that if most family members contribute to housework a little, no woman would be forced to become a housewife. Well there will be housewives, but it will be a matter of choice and not because they feel house cannot function well if they stay out of house for better part of the day. There are too many serials full of drama. this one is different. I don't want Sona to become that typical doormattish housewife with tearful eyes

I would love it if every MIL starts respecting their DILs!!

I never understand why MILs forget that even they were DILs😕

@JelebiGirl : I agree, they also used to be a MIL before and why now bothering their DIL? Unless they want to vent out what they have gone through on their DIL as well 😕

But perhaps Sunaina feels being a housewife was due to her lack of professional skills. In case of Sona she feels Sona is being un-necessarily stubborn! She does not realise that the moment Sunaina and other family members start contributing a little to housework, start respecting Neelam, Sona will be ready to go to office!

The serial is positive because it shows the working women in the serial in poor light, thus throwing good light on many other working woman out there who work equally hard at home too:-) (THE reason for my MIL turnaround) Also they are in a way telling that it is illogical to expect same type of housework from a working woman which is one of the important why I now watch this.

Another positvity is in the way they show how the housewife (lol won't categorise it generally- have seen some real lazy ones too) is like a cushion who provides comfort to the family without their realising it. That is perhaps the reason why they are not acknowledged for their work.

@Jshukla : I agree, its not that Sona doesn't wants to go to work but she wants to change the mindset of everyone in the house. Your view is certainly spot on and i hope your MIL never be like Suhnaina 😆

You know na visha that AD never says anything. He is a reserved prsn in real life ...so when has to guess always and as i know about AD so much... I know he must have smiled reading the comment.
