That was short and sweet update...full of Arshi...its true that most of the doc seek other doc's help for treating their loved ones...loved the way she confessed her confusion and accepted Arnav as her husband whole heartily,now waiting for Arnav's reaction after hearing her confession and also eager to hear his reply to her confession...I really hope Anjali and Mami to not come in between Arshi and anyway there is Aakash and Sheethal who will be hell bent on making Arnav's life hell & now adding these two will make the list big...Arshi should not sacrifice their happiness for the good for nothing Arnav's family...
