A blend of good,bad,stupid&crazy Sanaya's memories
I was watching that 2nd part of the interview and I am like, it was a perfect balance of her side where recollections regarding the show was concerned...
The funny parts.. how they did the crazy consummation scenes..
How awkward she is with someone, while being with her best friend Barun she is so darn comfy by now that the 2 of them r pros at doing romance to perfection!!
How they laugh as always..
How she hampered his acting and was apologizing when he was fine with it..
How she was angry with him for putting her in to an awkward situation as she was simply comfy only with him, due to having a fab understanding with each other..
then her own trouble of playing the role.. it reminded me of one of her earliest IPK interviews where SBS asks her to say one of Khushi's nonstop dialogues and she says, that still she is trying so hard and the director keeps telling her to say it faster, so let her be a pro and she would be happy to oblige..
the girl put so much effort in to her acting that she simply aced it!!
It is no wonder we saw her living and breahting Khushi...cz she has literally done it!!
then her challenges of getting acceptance in an industry which had already had her slotted in to a certain box and was unwilling to give her a chance to spread her wings only cz of the exotic appearance she was blessed with as well as her upper class upbringing which kinda made her a bit of a stick out among many others..
she has always said getting Gunjan, getting people to accept that she could be an Indian girl, born and brought up in India was the biggest achievement she had attained..
But today she said the one next topped it..
that if she could break out of the mauld people had of her as a modern, westernized girl and put her in shy, coy Gunjan showcased her acting prowess, Khushi took it up another step higher!
Khushi made people realize that she could break out of the shadow of Gunjan and recreate something all over again that would be even more bigger and better than Gunjan! And something so diametrically opposed to Gunajn too!!
Simply she makes me admire her so much..
her woes as a celebrity.. her acceptance of the situation despite the hindrances..
her complaints proving that she is just human too..she wants to spend her own times with the people she loves...her personal space is needed..
but she sees from our side too.. she tries to oblige..whenever she can..
she appreciates fans and is grateful to them..but when we do wrong she never hesitates to say it as it is..
I like the genuine touch she gives...
I didn't like what Gul did by bringing up the unpleasant cloud of IPK and the controversies.. But i liked how Sanaya handled it with maturity once again..
as a courtesy she spoke about it briefly.. she gave her point of view.. gave a little insight on what happened and how everyone dealt with it..
but being the practical and positive person she is she ended it up nicely saying that it has already happened, and it was a thing of the past and they have all moved on..
I love her for being the straightforward, direct and honest celeb she is,,she manages to put her view without being rude..
balancing honesty while being caring is something i have only ever seen in her... very articulate and lovely to listen to..
idiosyncrasies and craziness that happened along with the sweetest of memories..
I love how she speaks in a way that is honest and forthright when saying whatever either she or her buddy did wrongly.. how they both r perfect in somethings and have hampered each other in rare moments...which actually showed that how much that rapport they have b/w them mattered..just how perfect co-stars they were..
