True Borna, Aarti is definitely a stronger character and much more relatable than Ishita! And Yash is a gem of a guy inside out! AarYa have def gone through much more and thus we can see how mature they are, but that's exactly what sets them apart from other parallel characters, be it Vidhi or Prateek, or Ishita and Aakash! They value each other's companionship and other family relationships because of the reason that they have loved and lost before which makes them appreciate what they have now much more! But yeah being so attached to Yash and Aarti, I don't feel a lot for the new entries, they're only there for drama for me!
So far no sympathy from me! lol
Let's see how it goes though!

And yeah, I want to know what happens to Yash's subfamily now, are they forgiven, do they go back to their own rooms!?

Here we have Ishita, who is obviously urban, educated, rich, gorgeous-looking, and still young, but with the slightest of limps. Why is Ishita's self-esteem so low? Why is someone like her living in 2013 so desperate to get married that she tries ends her life in frustration?

Good question😊 - I had raised this issue yesterday in my post and today too!! It is all the more valid considering her father is an MLA.
Why did her wealthy parents not educate her and help her choose a fulfillling career?
More importantly why did she not choose to do so?
It is obvious she is well educated in the latest of design wear for women and the newest boutique look but what about cultivating her mind? Why did she not even contemplate doing so? Why did she not think of those less fortunate than her and volunteer her time and skills to help them? Why is she so self-centered that she can only think of her needs and not that of the impoverished person walking down the street?
Instead of sacrificing her life to a gun why not sacrifice it to the betterment of others?

I am happy that you too thought about these points.
I started to think today that perhaps her handicap is mental, not just physical, in that she cannot see past her so-called limitations. Additionally, she might have internalized the parent's dysfunctional priorities and botched attempts to get her married as a statement of her low worth in society. Perhaps she was primarily reacting to her father's senseless sense of "shame" and "burden" of having an unmarried daughter. It could be that she turned the gun on herself partly as a way to show her frustration against the father and mother. It is very poignant that she choose to follow Akash in spite of learning that he was an unlettered (read rustic?) driver, and someone her parents considered totally unsuitable as a son in law. Perhaps Akash is her ticket out of an oversheltered life of repressive beliefs. It will be interesting to see how the CVs develop her character henceforward.

RE: Bold
You may be right in that her physical disability may have caused her to have emotional adjustment problems. I do not think she has a primary mental health condition - particularly because she exhibited quick reasoning and decision making skills today. All of which were spot on.
Regarding the rest
I agree with you - re: the gun wielding and choosing to walk out with Akash including that it would be interesting to see how the CVs develop her character.
One other thing struck me - Yash's calmness, Aarti-n-kids pleading and the completeness of their family definitely made a huge impact on her. It was like as if for the first time some calm force got her to think what was the primary cause of her predicament. One could tell this was the first time she vented the depth of her frustration to her parents or anybody for that matter. It was the sudden rush of emotion that got her to decide to take her life. At that time she deliberately blocked out Yash - because she knew he would talk her out of it.
RE: Akash - I am working on writing his viewpoint as a diary entry or musings. At this point of the story of course it is fictional - but I want to explore the psyche of a child out of wedlock!!

It would be fun to read your musings on Akashbabu whenever they are ready. No pressure, however. You are certainly not under the gun.
