Till Prashant was alive , there was a hope of getting him remarried mayb .. he was their son after all ...

But post his death , Mr.Dubey's insecurity here is understandable ...

He feels Ansh is the only candidate in his family who can b their budhape ka sahara plus can take family name ahead but this is only possible if Ansh comes back to him and Ansh can come back only if Aarti returns back to them for which Aarti and Yash will hv to separate in such a way that Aarti can never return back to Yash which is possible only if Yash remarries again 🤔

So Dubey did all this to get his Pota back to him which is only possible if Aarti returns to the Dubeys forever since Ansh will come in package deal with Aarti

For Dubey, Yash 'took away' not only his son, ex-daughter-in-law, and grandson, but also his wife. No matter what happens, Shobha's loyalty is always towards Yash and Aarti over her husband, to the point where she is happy for Yash to really take on the role of being the son she'd always wanted. This would alienate Dubey further as he would feel that he has nothing to live for. He had hoped Prashant would return, but now that avenue's closed to him and how.

@Shobhs : See Mr.Dubey saw how Ansh is not really safe completely in Scindia family either .. first Aarti-Yash ka own child is coming .. there might b a scare of Ansh getting ignored later on ... second Scindias disowned Yash from their family ...So Ansh ka future is not totally safe in that one room too ... Third Mr.Scindia himself wants Aarti-Ansh out of Yash ka life which is a worry for Mr.Dubey as well because Mr.Dubey is seeing it from his own POV of how Ansh is treated by overall Scindias which he might not b liking since long time and even though he trusts Yash but somewhere the sense of insecurity comes in when u see your grandkid is getting a step treatment in another house 🤔... plus Prashant ka sudden death added to Dubey ka overall insecurity even more and he did loose some of his marbles there itself

Personally I would hv preferred SP too as the main culprit but even now I feel SP can b shown at his manipulative best who does not do things on his own but knows how to take advantage of the situation already created by others which is true to his basic character sketch as well ... 🤔

A small observation in SBB 😳

A close up on Aarti's forehead was shown and its filled with too much of sindoor 😳.. so it seems Yash might go and put the sindoor once again on Aarti ka forehead thus remarrying Aarti ji again 😳😳

Aww Jyo...you made my day with that little observation. These little things, though may look overly dramatic, makes me all gooey...😳 I hope they have some resounding dialogue by Yash to go with the act.

I just hope I m right 😕😆.. I just saw that extra sindoor on Aarti's forehead ,.so guessing it ... CVs better not disappoint us 😡😆😳

@Jyo: The act of putting sindoor will so befit the culmination of this marriage break-up fiasco...Right from putting chunri on her to taking God's blessings together before he went to the mandap to putting sindoor, Yash never wavered in his faith as to who his bride of the day is.
