Very light and breezy episode that tied loose threads from last track and began a buildup towards the next big track. It actually felt quite nice after the melodrama in last few days. Couple of things I liked-

1)The understanding and mutual appreciation between Madhu and RK continues to grow. RK apologizes once again for his mistakes and misbehaviour in past and Madhu forgives citing the balm he put on it afterwards. I did not think this sequence was really necessary but I know a lot of fans wanted explicit groveling and asking for forgiveness on RK's part so I am guessing this was an attempt to appease them.

2)Padmini and Shamsher get married, RK takes care of the legalities. While I understand that the affair needed to be understated in light of recent events still I thought it was disappointing how it was carried out. They did not even exchange the garlands which everyone who goes through court marraige does. They could have atleast got a couple of neighbours in as witness. I guess the CVs are in a hurry to change tracks. The way Trishna gets forgiven and her deeds are forgotten still irks me but for now I have to like with it.

3)Dips is jealous of Madhu/Paddo's praise in media while Sikky laments the loss of an opportunity to get in front of media. He vows to get his picture in newspaper very soon (Is that a hint for future track?) Rest of the Bhatia comedy is not worth mentioning though it cemented some facts for me once again -

• Sikky and Dips are growing more and more apart and frustated with each other, Sikky still seems invested in the relationship while Dips has already checked out.
• Dips is a closet alcoholic whatever the reasons- my guess...she has a hard time living with her choices and failures beacuse she always seems to want something other than what she has.
• Both RK and Bittuji tolerate Bhatias because of Radha. They seemed to know the true character of each of them with Dips being the worst

4) Cute packing for picnic...errr...vacation sequence. Did not understand the joke thing .

5)RK grabbing some personal time with Madhu by starting early. He continues to give Madhu superstar attitude . I found thier back and forth really fun and romantic. He finally gets Madhu to accept that she is his fan... I still continue to wonder how a guy with such ego and attitude plans to live in sanyas with a penny to his name...😕

6)precap -the car breaks down and someone does not recognize RK.

I am hoping that this track is all about strengthening thier connection and give them a taste of rustic life and thier family's concern when they go missing so that they reconsider thier sanyas plan. The side tracks could be alcoholism, Trishna's ambitions.

I can no longer pretend that I am satisfied just with their romantic scenes and cute nok-jhok, and the lack of intimacy and passion is not bothering me . Its reached a boiling point for me now. Kuch to progress dikhao 😡...we anyways know that the 7 phere marriage and consummation is not coming anytime soon...dat doesn't mean they can't go beyond their usual banter, their lame hugs and monotonous eye-locks 🤔...its not that I am bored with it...I still love these two like crazy...but its high time to think ahead of that...every relationship needs to progress with time both physically and emotionally..Emotionally they are doing great...wat abt the other aspect? 😕...Toh RK aur Madhu..aage badho...hum tumhare sath hai..😆

I was wondering why do the CVs have to come up with this getting lost in the jungle and spending time in the village track, which has been shown in almost every serial since the advent of television. May be it is to give him a glimpse of a life that RK dreams to have leaving all his name, fame and money behind..and knock some sense down in him about his 'Lets leave everything behind plan' 😆I hope he changes his mind after this gaon yatra. 😕 And if he does, it would be interesting to see how Madhu would take this..

The staircase scene was neatly done(with out the annoying same type of hugs😒)

Liked the Bittuji-Dips-Sikky scene.. esp bittuji's dialogue of

"aap bahut paarivahik mahila hain" to Dips😆

The packing scene was cute😊

but as Shri said the dialogues were not hitting the chord today..

Padmini-Shamsher marriage was ok and expected to me.. but

again as a lot of you pointed out if they can do this...

what is stopping Madhu and RK from doing the same??? just

making the viewers have the anticipation of 7 phere shaadi, I guess😡

Let us see what is in store with the village track.. I dont have too

much expectations other than to see what is the twist that is coming up.

In one simple word TRP. From a storyline perspective, the remarraige track started when Trishna cursed Rishbala marraige. RK despite being logical seems to be a stickler for traditions and fearful of lossing Madhu. He wants nothing left to chance or fate when it comes to his marraige . He wants the bond tied so strong that it does not break under any circumstances. He wants to ensure that in his remarraige he follows all the customs/traditions/rituals to perfection so that no curse or evil can threaten it. From a different perspective it is also his way to apologize for his mockery of marraige by rewriting the memory with happy traditional marraige and give Madhu, a wedding every woman deserves and dreams of.

I dont think the leaving away is happening.. I think the village track may be to change that

plan.. But the bigger question is HOW will Madhu take it??? Since she has always shown

to be excited about that idea of going away?

I don't think she would have a problem with that. She is actually the one who wants to return back and is concerned about leaving her family behind. The way, I see it RK is more sensitive to changing circumstances and other nuances than Madhu...Madhu just seems to either go with the flow or follow RK's cue. It was RK who was uncomfortable doing a romantic scene with his costar while his wife watched on ...Madhu did not care since she understood that was his job.

It is RK who is more sensitive to the impacts of failure as superstar or wants time off or will have to adapt to living in poverty. Nothing changes in Madhu's life since she has not yet got used to RK's riches.

Agreed she has not yet got used to RKs riches. She can very well sustain an ordinary life as she has been doing since her childhood. I was not talking about that aspect. What I meant was, what would Madhu's reaction be to RKs changing state of mind and his changing responses to circumstance. One day he says, lets leave and go, she agrees and they start dreaming of their new world , and one fine day if he says, lets reconsider our plan, how would she take this fickleness of his decisions? Will she take it all in her stride without even being slightly disappointed?

Ananya, i'm with you on the physical aspect...it's getting way too irritating...at least pehle there were attempts to kiss but ab woh bhi nahi...today everyone was happy ke they didn't hug 😆 even i'm crazy about them but i dun know how long can i stand this stagnation & repetition...this is one thing is hate in all daily soaps...yest. while surfing the channels, i discovered that sabka haal aisa hi hai regardless of the channel and serial 😆 BV , Shiv has promised anandi that till the time she feels comfortable coming close to him, he'll wait , same with pyar ka dard hai...both had similar scenes like MB ..MB phir bhi they both r naughty with each other at times (like husn ke lakhon rang, kaate nahi kat te , Madhu bringing him back on the bed etc. etc.) ..they both r cute funny romantic while all others r totally bland n too busy with the family politics...what i don't get is WHY they aren't showing them getting married n c ompleting the formalities?? 😕

@all, i was going through the messages n didn't wanna reply individually ...reg. PAdmini and Shamsher's marriage, yes, legal marriage is possible in this manner what they showed, in the presence of marriage registrar and witnesses...recently Saif/Kareena married this way..at their home...

reg. the village track, i'm not looking forward to it bec. they always show the backwardness of the villages which is not the case at present...village means gai, gobar so on and so forth 🤢 travel to Indian villages yaar , except a few states , villages r more or less self sufficient and they r not cut from the rest of the world..the progress is fast with phones, internet, TV etc. they r aware of it...two, i dun like it when they show typical dressing style...people who have not been to Punjab will think ke the ladies dress up that way n they talk like it's being shown on TV, that's not the case...haan fancy dress mein zaroor they dress up like that, otherwise aa ke dekho, Canada se kuch kam dikh jaye yahan ka culture 😆 i've been to mumbai , who roams around with tht typical Marathi costumes and slang? very few..n villages r not backwards..dun tell me koi aisi jagah hai where they dun recognize bollywood superstars...kitna bhi interior mein ho village doesn't matter

Oh! Don't get me started on BV. Anandi puts me to sleep with her expressions itself. She need not even open her mouth. I really wonder how Shiv-Anandi got the best jodi award in GPA 🤢. In PKDH, the leads' family problem never seems to end. It is very very unrealistic the way they show leads jeopardizing their marriages, putting off their happiness(read consummation) until all the problems in their world are resolved. How is it even related? Did you see how even before they get to the truth, Adi is already talking about his separation from Pankhuri? Uff!! Really? Is that day ever going to come when everyone around you would be completely happy?

I agree with you, that the inherent naughtiness of RK and Madhu add spunk to their romantic scenes and have managed to keep us glued. The only reason they are not completing their marriage is the sake of TRPs. Marriage of the lead couple is a huge TRP churner. MB is doing great on TRP charts. So, the only time we can expect full marriage is when CVs will have no other way out to gain TRPs. But they can at least start building up towards the physical intimacy. 😕 I don't understand kaunse asli miya-biwi aise door reh sakte hai ek dusre se. 😕

Re village track, you made good points yaar. I never gave all of this a thought. But yes, in TV, to create the drama, they always put the villages down and that is sad. Madhu and RK dressing up in gaon style. Don't know how to take it. 🤔 Why do they have to show Madhu cooking for RK even in the village? RK milking cows? Seriously? 🤢 I thought we might get the much awaited passionate romance finally now that they will be away from the dharamshala named 'RK mansion'. If this village track indeed holds some significance in the Rishbala dynamics, then I am all for it. Now that Padmini-Shamsher marriage is done, RK-Radha patch up is done, what is left for them to wait to seal their relationship? Something has to come up during/after this track. If they put off their marriage aise hi without any major twist...I will be really 😡.
