I understand Priyanka sang with an accent, to get global recognition...but whats up with stars in India speaking with accents?!!

You mean fake wannabe accents right? You can easily tell their accents aren't American or whatever they try to pull off. Priyanka did go to school in America but definitely not long enough to get a proper accent. Only those who were born outside or have been living there from a very young age have accents.

Yeah Cheryl Cole was/is big. But she was dumped from X-factor US and I think people got a clue that she isn't all that...thank god.
