PART-3

Aarthi entered the mazhar. Yash too entered as if following her footsteps. There inside the mazhar ladies and gents were made to sit in opposite rows with the priest sitting in the middle chanting some holy words. Yash sat in the first row. And to his surprise, he found Aarthi sitting opposite to him in the first row of ladies section. The priest has started his prayers. Aarthi closed her eyes and got involved into the prayers but Yash cannot. He was being distracted by Aarthi's presence. He was distracted in such a level that he was deaf to all the prayers that are going on. The only work he is doing now is staring at Aarthi. He felt blessed. Why just looking at her made him so blissful? He himself doesn't know that. He had a lot of questions to be answered. So he came here to find answers. Some of them are answered and quite a lot of them are still dangling. And to his utter dismay new questions pop up in his mind.

Here Aarthi closed her eyes only to remember some of her old memories. Unknown to her, her eyes got filled up spilling into tear drops. Yash who is observing her every move was baffled to see her closed eyes flowing with tears. He had this urge of going to her, hug her. Get her rid of her problems. Know what is troubling her. But just don't know how to do it. He felt restless. He felt like dying every second. Every tear drop of hers is killing him. Aarthi just opened her eyes. She just can't sustain this grief anymore. She wiped her tears, got up and started moving out.

The mere idea of Aarthi leaving the place jolted Yash to no limits. He just started following her. She is way ahead of him and he just dashed to follow her without even wearing his shoes. "What if I miss her?" This mere thought gave him jitters. He has no thought of what is going on with him. He just wants to follow her. Aarthi is away from the mazhar and is walking to her place. Yash has got no time even to take out his car at the mazhar to follow Aarthi. He is bare footed and he isn't having his car. But he isn't bothered of those things. The only thing that mattered to him is his satrangi and she is leaving!!

It is already 5 in the evening and Aarthi is walking on a desolate street. Even though it is risky she went ahead because she just wants to visit the orphanage in this street. But suddenly she felt that she is being stalked. But she kept on walking because she just doesn't want to make it obvious that she is afraid of her stalker. She once looked back but she found none. Thanks to his spontaneous reaction, Yash hid himself behind the bushes. Aarthi increased her pace to reach the orphanage which is few steps ahead and safely reached there. Yash who hid behind the bushes saw her going in to the orphanage. Yash too followed her.

And when he entered he saw Aarthi distributing chocolates to all the kids there. And one kid came forward and kissed her cheeks. She is so happy. He can witness that glee in her eyes. They are sparkling with happiness. He felt intrigued. He thought "Is she the same girl who is shedding tears there at the mazhar!!! How can she just switch to different moods so easily?? What is she made of?" again a lot of questions on Yash's brain. He may die one day with all these questions. When are they gonna be answered? Will they ever be??
