Hey guys, missed me? I'm going to take those frantic head shakes as enthusiastic nods, okay? 😉 I certainly missed you guys, as well as writing. Bits and pieces on napkins is not at all satisfying until you put it all together.

I wasn't actually expecting an update this soon! 😳

I was a little confused about who the 'she' was at the start of the chapter, tossing between Geet and Heer. (Yes, I conveniently forgot Geet was on a bus! 😆) But when she started writing on the window, I thought this should be Heer. She was going to write Papa, haina? She was close to her father, right?

Very often we realise the value of someone or something after it's gone. And we feel the need to know where exactly they are... Maan seems to be wallowing in a bit of guilt over something. I think he's partially worried about where his wife is and partially angry or hurt that she didn't inform him before leaving.

When we feel wretched and gloomy inside, nothing can lift up our spirit. At least not until we are not willing to let our spirit high! 😛 So Geet isn't enjoying the adventures life is throwing at her. Anyone else in her place wouldn't either! I wouldn't, for sure! Even under normal circumstances, if something like a tyre puncture and an unplanned stay at a cottage comes up with me, my knee jerk reaction is a whining 'oh no!' 😆

Does Geet know that Maan is searching for her?? ls Maan missing her or his ego bruised thinking that she left him though his physical appearance doesn't relate to second option. To get my answers, l need to wait😊

I thought,Geet had dialled Maan's number here...Anyways,I am glad she had not told him..His "search" kind of conveyed what he actually feels for his wife,after his useless and rude denial of " presence of Love" between them...!!!! Love is still there...

However,I am confused why he was throwing pebbles at Heer's window???He could have pressed the doorbell and ask her little politely or mannerly..Well their "Interaction" from the window clearly told about their "little less likeness" towards each other...and this line brought a silly grin on my face...

"Not a rat but a bas***d of a different variety..."😆😆So Bas***ds have varieties too...🤣I was expecting Heer to tell him geet's whereabouts at last but she chose to talk about more important matter.."Hair cut"...😛Why did she ask him to get a haircut???I am sure his dishevelled appearance had affected her little and she was not letting herself accept that this man{who belongs to a certain variety of bas***ds} could miss his wife..."

I have no idea why the bus got two punctures and why GOD{zarin basically} is making her stay at this cottage..I am sure God has some big plans for her...Hope she would have great time with cracked budhiya and love sick puppies and lappy guy...😆

2)Tracing a water droplet in the corner with her eyes, she watched as it too slid down into the smallpool the other droplets had created. A pity, she thought.

Ignore my silly ramblings but it's just that I am curious. Bus break down, cottage, irritatingly romantic dumb head of a couple, very chilled out old woman, and a *ahem* stranger. Wooh, sounds damned interesting. Let me go fetch some popcorn.😆
Don't mind me I am in one of those moods. You know Heer intrigues me. The way she's shows she faced a lot in life, and a small intuition it has her father involved was gnawing my mind.
Something stuck me weird by the way. In one of the previous update, where these are the closing lines.

If she really had let him know, he wouldn't have been standing outside Heer's apartment and would've got a free advice of hair cut now. Is it?🤣

Yes, I loved the hair cut line, so much so that I wanted to give a hug to Heer. Heer definitely is a person who wouldn't disclose anything she isn't supposed to, even if she's breathing her last, and so I was surprised when he called him back, only to have a good laugh later.

Maan, be a man, go behind her Dammit!

I think those lines that Palin and Shika mentioned here from the last update 'she needed him to know that' have a different context than her calling him and letting him know about her trip. If it isn't a typo, then it probably has a meaning on the lines of she making her choices obvious by not giving him priority. By making her own decisions without his involvement in them. I might be wrong in this count. Only you, Z, can clarify this! 😳

Ok basically(not actually; just basically) this is what happened...

Mr Zaalim Singh Khurana says he does not love his wife anymore.
Mrs Geet no less zaalim khurana decides to take a vacation without as much as dropping a note to her dear hubby.

He finds she has gone missing and becomes Devdas. 😆
And she ends up with Junglee Toofan Tyre Puncture 🤣 👏

And Heer is having the most fun in all this. 👏

Anyone who thinks otherwise let me tell you from personal experience, it is a law of nature that guys with lappy on buses can never be handsome.
