So let's agree to disagree here. 😊

About Mohini's PM issue - I have never held him directly responsible for manipulating it.

But yes, I have apologized for misreading the timings in the PM - that is my mistake.

its nice you realized ur mistake in misreading times.....coz realizing mistake is most imp then doing...

after other issue...think yourself bhai....... listen to others lekin take ur own decision.😊

Shady,

I am a hard core optimist...but I think i will shortly lose hope...

again u called him dishonest... why??? you dont agree he is honest fine..its your opinion ...but dont voice it out in a open thread ..it is personal attack..but for calling him publicly dishonest...u can apologise, right?

I may have my own opinion of a person..but does that give me a right to openly in a thread voice them out naming that person?

Adi - let's just say I don't have an opinion on this. Because I don't know what to believe - frankly. I believed him first, but a few people I really trust have confirmed that they did not see any such post there.

So now I don't know what to believe. I will simply forget the issue, as there is no physical proof.

Adi - I never went out naming Bhaskar as dishonest. It was only when you kept asking me, on the forum, why I felt Bhaskar was dishonest, that I provided the proof for you.

Otherwise I have not gone around announcing his name. Neither have I gone around announcing Priya's name - until I felt obliged to.

If the Bhaskar/Priya issue is over, I can end this whole episode, like I promised Vijay.

It is only those questions/allegations that are preventing me from ending the issue.

And Shady, there are few poeple who I completely trust that such posts were there, and they were either getting edited by Mohini herself or being deleted so tha Bhaskar would not see them.....

And when editing is done that fast, it's not starnge that many members do not get to see quite a few posts.

Those who are following this topic might have missed many posts that I posted prior to this, and if someone is following me editing them as soon as I post them, or I myself edit them because I think it might get me into trouble, chances are, my posts would never be seen by anyone.

I hope that explains why those you trust never saw many of those posts.

Difference between Focusing on Problems and Focusing on Solutions:

Case 1
When NASA began the launch of astronauts into space, they found out that the pens wouldn't work at zero gravity (ink won't flow down to the writing surface). To solve this problem, it took them one decade and $12 million. They developed a pen that worked at zero gravity, upside down, underwater, in practically any surface including crystal and in a temperature range from below freezing to over 300 degrees C.
And what did the Russians do...?? They used a pencil.

Case 2
One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soapbox, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soapbox that was empty. Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly! line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one soapbox went through the assembly line empty. Management asked its engineers to solve the problem. Post-haste,the engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to watch all the soapboxes that passed through the line to make sure they were not empty. No doubt, they worked hard and they worked fast but they spent a whoopee amount to do so.

But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company was posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications of X-rays,etc., but instead came out with another solution. He bought a strong industrial electric fan and pointed it at the assembly line. He switched the fan on, and as each soapbox passed the fan, it simply blew the
empty boxes out of the line.

Moral : Always look for simple solutions.

Devise the simplest possible solution that solves the problems. Always Focus on solutions & not on problems.

So the end of the day the thing that really matters is HOW ONE LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM, mere perceptions can solve the tough probs....

Shady stop blaming others for your actions.you keep the right to choose what is right or what is wrong..

If it really mattered to you..you could have just ignored my post..or say i refuse to reply..

i have over the last one month have ignored many posts where I could have also given fitting reply and proved that those charges/accusations/ allegations were wrong..but did i? I ignored them. They were hurtful, totally demoralising, disrespectful, but still i did not reply to them..you know why???because after all this arguments get over ..we will all be still friends here..may be the frustration brought out the outburst..

and let me be honest.. i had not read that part about what you wrote about PM..so i apologise.

But then again..at the rate you were displaying PM's what special purpose would it have served...

Please think about fixing the system first so that members do not lose their trust to begin with.

Hi Gauri,

How are you? I was out of town for the weekend and after coming back I found your thread. Thank you for the honor.

OK, about the Ganesh issue. Light hearted things should be taken light heartedly. There are many jokes that involves many great people of the world. Does that mean we disrespect them when we enjoy those jokes. Jay Leno cracks jokes on many bigshots every day. Does he mean to insult them. I am a Hindu, and also believe in God. I personally did not find anything very offensive about that post. Again, now you will say that it concerns my friends, so I did not see anything wrong.

The Hindu religion is the most lenient religion in the history of this world. Lot of times you will find many jokes circulating around about hindu Gods and Goddesses, but we don't take them to heart as all the respect and devotion is within us and a small joke or light hearted comment doesn't hurt most of us.

The hindu religion is so tolerent that even today M.F. Hussain roams around freely after painting countless numbers of Hindu Gods and Goddesses nude and in most objectionable and compromising positions. Why don't we raise our voices then? What happens to us then? Why do we keep quite? Why does people like Mohini keep quite then. Did she ever write anything to any newspaper against this? NO.

In your post you say that the members were feeling hurt. Wasn't Bhaskar feeling hurt when all the people pounced on him for something absolutely fake? Please don't talk about feelings here. I personally give more importance to the feelings of a person whom I know for 1 year than a sculptured idol. Again that's my personal opinion.
