What's this?

Years back there was a show that aired on DD named Farmaan. The lead roles were played by Kanwaljeet (the actor who now works mostly in Punjabi films) and a newcomer named Dipika. The show was based on a novel which detailed the crumbling aristocracy of Hyderabad.

It's about a young girl named Aiman who takes up employment in a Hyderabadi aristocratic house and her journey through this unfamiliar milieu.
