Like i said earlier, that was not PURVI. I think doctors wife can't have kids and when they found Purvi and that she was pregnant and Purvi agreed to give the baby to them.

When Arjun comes to meet Doc and he is invited to the Dutt house. Purvi will see him come in and have Doc and his wife play like she is Purvi and they are married. Arjun will be hurt that she is happily married and he's with PsychOvi. He will bring Ovi there have her treated Ovi will Purvi will witness the actions of Ovi towards Arjun. Ovi will see that arjun is still stuck on Purvi even though she is married and she will let it slip that her child is not his but Romil. Purvi will finally reveal herself to Arjun and give Ovi a tight slap. Arjun will be so overjoyed that his Purvi is not married and that she is pregnant. Arjun will have to fight the family again in divorcing pregnant ovi and marrying pregnant purvi. Then the doc will still want the baby. Purvi will then have to fight for her child and her family.

Then ARVI will be together and Ovi will be with pregnant and alone. She will have to decide to tell Romil or give the child away. she might give the baby to Doc.

It makes for a nice story and very little pain and torture to us. 😉
