copyrights of a show always lie with the channel, the PH only becomes the designing and executing body! every episode after being written is approved by the channel before it is actually shot! so this whole deal being made about someone refusing to hand over copyrights is concoctions of hyper active minds that have no answers to questions!

I dont know how 4lions and the entire cast will work together! Even Akshay tweeted they(SP,PH,BS) all had problems between them so I don't think that will happen! The show closed coz of that too! 4lions said they can't think of ideas to run the show so how will they come with ideas in Season 2? Whatever happens PH can't be clear of anything in my eyes after Zee_News drama and the forum32 open letter! This is proof for me that PH was upto no good! As for SP and BS there is no proof yet so I have to give them benefit of the doubt here!

The only thing we can hope for is Sarun in a new show in SP fingers crossed!!!

But after the SP disclaimer I doubt BS will want to work them! Chakkar kya hai I don't know really! BS has not signed any movies all we are getting is fake news about it!

So its a wait and watch game really! SP will be mad to let go of Sarun coz they are so popular internationally and that means keeping them in a show means more subscription...Things may take time...wait and see what happens...

when a show on airs den the initial episodes copyrights are with the channel bt after dat its creatives story n concept..bt when the same show go off airs then after that channel has the rights over the show and concept..not before..

It's a hard sell for any show to catch on and then to maintain its lure with fans. Once done, channels will milk it for all its worth.

IPK stopped being the top money maker long time ago.though it is very popular among international viewers.the revenue for IPKKNd comes from India.and they have started losing sponsors.If you look at Qubool hai,they have managed to rope in big sponsors.IPKKNd never had this oppurtunity.Bcoz of IPKKNd popularity,PH was able to get new bug sponsors.WHen the show took a turn for downfall,sponsors started disappearing.You must have heard Barun adn Sanaya saying about this during the GH sequence.Thye did not get many sponsors at all.

You are right,If indeed Barun left for the Tinsletown,then unless success eludes him,he might not come back to TV at all.What I feel is these people are trying to milk their worth through Barun's popularity.Maybe LM is true.SP never claimed they will will work with Barun again.and I don't know if Barun wants to work with SP at all.

Everyone is screaming IPK2.have you seen how quiet PH and SP are.they know they have no intention of IPK2 ever.PH is indeed khushi khushi with their new show Qubool hai.they have roped in big big sponsors.reviving IPK is not that easy.they way the story went south,most sponsors will think 4 times before they put their money in.especially with the mess IPKKNd created,IPK2 door ki baath hai.

Understand Real world. Barun Never said he left TV, again He also did not say he is doing movies. SP is saying Barun left for movies...SP is trying to comfort viewers by giving Hope word so that peopel think that SP is really interested in working with Barun, If SP brings Barun in new show they will be proved as Liars, and do you think Media will leave them alone. SP will never take risk on business, its not only SP no business org will take risk of getting blamed in the industry. Again Rajan bringing Barun to NA is completely different thing, who knows, this might be the deal between Barun and SP when Barun left IPK? Rajan and SP for sure know they will get more profits if they bring Barun and Sanaya, and For Barun, everything will be paid and organized by SP, if he just takes a week away from his schedule, he will get good amount of Profit and good terms.

Please understand about real world contracts, SP and Barun both are not Arnav (fictional char) who will do anything for Khushi with out any profit. No emotions will be involved in business.

About Lalit mohan, listen Lalit mohan interview with Nooreen Khan, where he mentioned they are working on new show but with 4Lions only.

oh absolutely.LM is contracted by 4Lions.he can only direct their shows.and BS and other acotrs have all disappeared from the face of the earth.they are all biding time,and looking for jobs with better pay and better PHs.They too know that this is a very higly competitive field and noone will wait for the other and hence make hay with the sun lasts.all

fans can do is scream and shout and congratualte themselves that they have successfully ended the show with Sarun.Hey if it wasn't PH's or SP's decision, we wuld be watching Viraf romancing Khushi.It has nothing to do with fans.

A response from 4Lions:

All promotions are looked after by the Channel. They decide when, where and how. The same goes for the songs related to the show - the copyright rests with the channel.
We, as a production house have no say in the matters above.
Got great feedback from Sanaya about how popular IPKKND is in the UK. We really had no idea that it was so huge there! Thanks to you and all the people who watch it!

Hi - Yesterday, I was following a thread about Sanaya's reaction to zoom tv. hetalmkn kept claiming that Barun was requested to leave from the set and wasn't given the chance to shoot for the last episode. She claimed to have talked with Barun and he was India. You asked her to PM you the phone number she called. Did she ever respond?

Well said..finally a sane voice on the forum

Not only this but the channels creatives are very much involved in the show and they have a major say and contribution in how the show comes out...hence they own the rights..

In addition to it shows like KBC and Big Boss/Brother are licensed ones..the channel is not much creatively involved, they own license of the concept and don't own it in anyway..
