Oh no, Barun is getting insulted on IF *yawns*

My dears the most venerated celebrities in the real world that matters, i.e. NOT IF, have not reached any where close to the top of the ranking list. The IF list means only something to the egos of the members who push an agenda for their favorite. I loved Barun when he was 54, 36, 8, and 1. And yes, Barun at number 1 is because he is so many members favorites and they push for it. But for me, while it was great seeing him at #1, I find no value in it really except in the gamesmanship of the vortex.

Barun is that rare actor whose on line frenzy is matched in real life accolades.

for some, a number 1 ranking here in the virtual arena is all they will get. For Barun, he's staring at affirmation of status in tellyworld in the awards crowdiing his bookshelf.

Am I surprised he is getting bashed. No. Because you see, it is a concerted effort for a vendetta that exists in their head. Just wish them all to get well soon.

Barun Sobti, kudos for knowing when to fold them. Thank you for showing exactly who needs to be responsible for the clusterfaq that is this show and the bunch of people who are responsible for a storyline that jeopardizes 200 since September.

Like I'm planning to watch the said Barun footage in a much later period when I could laugh indulgently seeing Sobti, right now, if I see this all I can see is the tortured soul.

There was a time when I thought I might love Arnav Singh Raizada more than this goofy actor whom I adored since such a long time. But I was wrong, I still love ASR & I'd always do ( and for my sake of sanity I won't remember the post-butchering ASR ), but see you always decide where your priorities lie when you are made to choose.

I'm surprised how readily I am letting ASR go, I thought I was going to cry seeing the last of ASR despite being in favor of Barun leaving. But now I doubt, I think the only reaction it would get from me is a sigh of relief.

Why Barun is hated... 'hehe', solve why 'hitler didi's old avataar, which was cute and sweet was hated..😆 you know, why this IF never matters, if it ever matterd, you knw who would hav won all the awards...! Barun Came,he saw and He Conquerd... The rest can just try and take pleasure in the places and things that Barun royally left!

Barun.. Aur kitne din in Mrs India, kichdi? 4? Ok... After that, pls forget the route to ipk sets n the bunch of loyal people. You will be happy dear.. And we are already happy not to see ASR's wifey antics everyday. It was a torture. Escapewa!

@Bristy - I also thought I would cry for ASR on his last day, I still might, but it is not anywhere close to the devastated feeling I would have if they hadn't massacred the story in the last month.

I am much more concerned with Barun beyond IPK, than ASR, IPK or 200 people. Yes, I am just that selfish and unprofessional.

I was thinking that Khushi will fall off the ramp, knock herself out, and open her eyes and we will be back in Lucknow with ASR calling security on her. Bas. None of 15 months existed. It was all a dream because quite frankly that's all we are left doing anyway.

Barun so glad you are leaving. Friday. Bas.

I want to see him go and I will breathe a sigh of relief and I hope and I pray from deep within my heart that he decides to never come back - no matter what happens to the show - he should stay away! I have lived and breathed ASR - I have cried with him - I have blushed with Khushi because of him - I have lived my whole teenage life with him - but now its about him and he has to go. These episodes are just for him - a sad ending - a death - but I would still be happy and relieved.

I just want him to come back in a better show and a better Production House...IPKKND is dead - his leaving at this time is PERFECT!! (Though I would have said he should have left long ago.)

True that! IF rankings mean nothing. But secretly in heart since this is his last week, I want him at no 1...after that no IF for me...most probably. Barun does not need to prove anything to anyone - and neither do us as fans. We love him and respect him and that counts.

And it explains the hypocrisy of the sudden change from 'Eww you drool' to 'Yay we drool' that were being discussed in last few pages as well. You see when you are soft & someone else is loud then loud is wrong and yet when you are the one who's LOUD then loud is life.

And yes I hope Barun never works with the same bunch of people ever and we never encounter the vortex again...

For me Barun and Akshay share the best chemistry among IPK cast offscreen !! Was rewatching their telly tadka interview and its a comedy marathon !! Will miss their offscreen masti big time

New HT article - Suzanne Ghai confirms Barun has quit to move on.

She doesn't mention movies - because he doesn't have any. And, she says they tried to make him stay (because he has no projects that would preclude that)...but, the unsaid, he won't stay with 4 Lions. AND they don't know if Viraf will be Arnav...she can't talk about it...because if she compares Arnav to Gopi Bahu again, she'll get more mail. 😆

Hurray Hurray Rejoice - Barun is done with this!!!
