A handsome guy was calling out to his best friend. He tapped his friend trying to wake him up
R- yaar uth na!
V- sone do na
His friend moaned under the blanket.
R- Mr Virat Singh Vadhera! Get up! Time dekho yaar!
Virat turned around ignoring Rey.
Rey got frustrated and agitated
R- virat! Teek hai u sleep the whole day. I dont care. Lekin agar bhai ne pucha ke tu party mein kyun nahi aaya then dont blame me
Virat rubbed his eyes and turned to face Rey with a confused look on his face.
V- party?? Kaunsi party?? Kiski party??
Rey chuckled
R- I can't believe it. Virat Vadhera, India's most famous singer, girls' hearthrobb has forgotten his own brother's birthday!
Virat's eyes widened
V- what!! Oh my god! Oh freak! Aaj bhai ka birthday hai!
He jumped out of bed and looked at himself in the mirror, then turned to Rey
V- Rey, yaar maine toh abhi bhai ke liye gift bhi nahi liya! What shall I do!!?
Rey started laughing and held virat by the shoulders
R- yaar chill. Dont worry about the gift. Woh maine le liya hai. U just get ready.
V- what?? Le liya?? But..
R- no buts no ifs just go get ready
Rey was about to go
V- no Rey. Har saal u bought gift for bhai and u always let me take the credit too. But please not this time. Main khud gift lunga please
Rey smiled and said
R- how sweet. Bhai ho toh tere jaisa
Virat started laughing
V- chal chal ab yeh naatak band kar and let me change
Rey went down stairs where Viren was sitting on the sofa romancing Jeevika.
Virika didnt notice Rey there, but ofcourse Rey did. He smirked and cleared his throat, virika jumped and realized that Rey was standing in front of them with his arms folded and a cheeky smile on his face
R- no no lage rahe. I won't disturb u
He teased. Viren got up
VI- Rey er...tu...tu kab aaya??
R- jab aap bhabhi ko...
VI- haan woh bas...
Jeevika looked down shyly and then at Rey
J- Reyansh aao na naashta karo
Rey sighed
R- bhabhi please. Maine aapse kitni baar kaha hai na call me Rey, not Reyansh please.
Virika started laughing
J- ok Rey. Khush??
R- bohot
Viren turned to Rey
VI- arrey tu upper gaya tha na. Woh nawab zaada utha ke nahi??
Rey smirked
R- haan woh bas ready ho raha hai party ke liye...
Rey quickly put his hand on his mouth.
R (In his head)- oh freak! I wasn't supposed to say that!)
Viren looked at him confused
V- party?? Kaunsi party??
R- woh viren bhai...party...haan! Woh Vicky ne party rakhi hai coz virat...ki album successful hui hai toh...iss liye
He gave a weak smile, but luckily viren believed him
VI- oh ok
Rey sighed in relief. Viren was about to go when he turned back around
VI- lekin tumhari party toh shaam ko hai na. Then y is he getting ready right now??
Thats it. He had to think of another excuse.
R (to himself)- yaar viren bhai aap itne sawaal kyun karte ho!?)
R- er...viren bhai...Vicky ne hum dono ko jaldi invite kiya hai so we can help him with the preparations
VI- ok. Well jaldi aa jana. Both of u
With that, he left.
Rey sighed.
Later on Virat came down stairs looking really dashing. Jeevika saw Virat
J- virat. Acha hai tum aa gaye. Betho, breakfast ka time ho gaya.
She was holding the break tray and then went to put it on the dining table.
Virat and Rey looked at each other, signalling each other to tell jeevika. Then finally Rey spoke.
R- er...bhabhi woh virat breakfast nahi kar sakta abhi
Jeevika turned around and looked at Rey
J- kyun nahi??
Virat came forward
V- bhabhi...I need to go somewhere...woh kuch important kaam hai
Jeevika folded her arms
J- apne bhai ke liye gift baad mein le aana. Pehle kuch kha lo
Virat looked at Jeevika confused
V- bhabhi aap ko kaise pata??
Jeevika started laughing
J- virat mujhe ek saal ho gaya hai iss ghar mein rehte hue. Main tumhe achi tarhan se janti hoon. Aakhir devar ho tum mere
Virat ran his fingers through his hair.
R- wah wah bhabhi! Kamaal hain aap! Maanna parey ga aap toh ek saal mein hi iss ghadhe ko pehchaan gayi!
He sarcastically touched her feet. Jeevika and Rey started laughing and gave high five.
V- chal bhabhi ke chamche! Lets go!
Virat dragged Rey along with him and they went to buy Viren's gift...

In Mumbai...
T- mannu!!!
Maanvi was brushing her hair, she turned around and saw Tanya run towards her.
T- mannu!! Yeh dekh!!
Tanya took out a CD from her bag and showed it to Maanvi.
Maanvi looked at it and took it from Taani's hand casually
M- kya hai yeh??
Taani reacted with a shocked expression
T- maanvi! How could u ask me that?? Tujhe pata hai na yeh...yeh...
Maanvi noticed her excitement and realized what it was
M- oh ok. Toh yeh tumhare woh uss...kya naam hai...haan rehan ki CD hai
Taani looked at her and gasped
T- maanvi! Uska naam Reyansh hai! Respect se naam lo uska
She said in a possessive way
M- kyun?? Tumhara boyfriend hai kya jo main uska naam pyaar se loon!?
Thats all Maanvi had to say for taani to go back to her dream land
T- boyfriend toh hai, mere sapno mein khayaalon mein, neendon mein nazaaron mein
M- ey apni yeh shayari band kar aur jaldi tayaar ho jao. Aaj humein Chandigarh Jana hai
T- acha?? Aaj??
M- haan ofcourse aaj! Jeeju ne humein bulaya hai. We have to go
T- lekin kyun?
Maanvi looked at taani surprised
M- hello! Have u forgotten?? Hum waha job ke liye jaa rahe hain!
T- o haan! Yaad aaya
Maanvi nodded her head and went to pack her clothes
Taani was looking around their room when Maanvi noticed her
M- Taani. Kya hua. Kuch dhoond rahi hai kya??
Taani looked at Maanvi
T- nahi. Woh bas main yeh soch rahi thi ke tumne yahan kitna waqt bitaya hai na. 3 years college ke tumne yahin pe...
M- taani. Come on yaar. Life mein aage barna chahiye. N dont worry hum Chandigarh jaa rahe hai! Ab humein hostel nahi balke ek ghar mein rahein ge!
Both friends jumped in excitement...
After a while the girls were ready. They were about to go sit inside the car when Taani suddenly stopped
T- maanvi tu ja main ek minute mein aata hoon
Before Maanvi could say anything taani went back inside the hostel
She came back in 2 minutes
M- kahan thi tu??
Taani showed Maanvi the CD with a cute smile. Maanvi got frustrated but eventually smiled
M- tu kabhi nahi badle gi
T- tujhe kya lagta? Main apne V&R CD yahin pe chor deti?? No way!
M- ab chalo
T- maanvi hum gari pe yeh CD sune ge!
M- haan haan kyun nahi? Yeh gari toh mere chacha ki hai na, woh tumhe iss CD ke saath pakore bhi khilaye ga
She said sarcastically
T- I dont care. Main toh yehi CD sunu gi! Ab dekh main kaise manna thi hoon uss driver ko
Maanvi watched curiously
Taani went up to the driver and started crying. The driver got a bit scared
D- kya hua madam?? Aap ro kyun rahe ho??
T- driver ki. Main apni maa ki aakhri khuahish (wish) puri nahi kar sakti
D- kya?? Kya wish hai?? Aap mujhe batao maybe main aapki madat kar saku
T- driver ji. Meri maa chahti thi ke unkempt jaane ke baad main ek baar yeh CD zarur sunu kissi ki gari mein. Lekin ab main kya karoon!??
She wailed even louder. Maanvi blocked her ears and so did the driver
D- madam please aap mat ro...aap laga Lein CD yahan
Taani stopped crying and gave a fake smile to the driver
T- thank u
She walked up to Maanvi and gave high five.
Both sat down on their seats and started giggling.
M- sahi drama queen hai tu
T- woh toh main hoon...
