I have mentioned this before and I repeat. Female actors are being nominated fore roles rather than for acting. That is why she either never gets nominated or awarded. If it was based on pure acting then who can ignore how she handles comedy, romance, emotion, dance with finesse. She is undoubtedly one the best actresses on TV today.
