He being unavailable was the only reason why she went out with Asti'.

He could still feel his blood boiling when he saw Astitva and Khushi's pic in the newspaper. He didn't know what prompted him but he just found himself knocking Viren's Door

Hey ASR, ? heard Arnav from the corner of the room. He turned and saw Asti walking towards them.

Good morning Bro." said Astitva to Viren. Hope all is well. Hey ASR? What bring my favorite man to our house so early in the morning?

Arnav had banged astitva to the corner of the wall and had both his hands on his collar'.

Astitva had never seen this side of Arnav before. He knew ASR was ruthless, but today was beyond that'ASR was calm on the outside but was furious and that was the feeling which blazed in his eyes.

Astitva gave a side glance to Viren, pleading him and trying to gauge what was going on.

Viren simply nodded his head, as if communicating Asti to take things easily

Asti understood the gravity and said, ASR, I and khushi are just friends.

That seemed to have taken off the edge in Arnav, he said," that's good and hope it stays that way, coz no ways in the hell is Khushi ever gonna give her heart to you? It belongs to me?"

From there he moved to corner his cat, who gave him the hell early in the morning by getting herself plastered on Page 3 with some other guy. ASR had seen red when he saw that snap, but having vented out on Astitva and getting the semblance on their relationship, he felt a bit calm, but today, he just knew, he was beyond calm. He just knew, something monumental was gonna happen, he just knew, he couldn't waste any time. That is what made him turn to khushi that morning. Trying to take her on for how dare she smiled at someone else, how dare she hold someone's hand, no how dare she anything with anyone else Period. Did she not understand that if he was jealous of any time she spent with Aman, was difficult for him to digest, knowing that Aman and khushi were kins, it would kill him to see her smile at any other random guy. He was uncomfortable with anything or anyone that took his khush away from him'.it was like his life was being taken away'..he ensured that today Khushi would know exactly how he felt. He was done being an arrogant rich man'he was purely a man who needed his woman. His need for the woman outdid his arrogance for her to accept him'.his love for her would ensure that she shed all her fear'.he will have enuf time to pull the wall down, but now, he just had to make her his'.to tell her that he loved her'. that's exactly what he did,

(present.) He recalled everything that happened at Khushi' s house. He felt like he was turning into a masochist, enjoying his own pain.

He just sat there in frustration at his helplessness thinking on how he could have made things work. How did he fail. How could he not make Khushi believe in his love. Why was god punishing him. He never let anyone come close to him.. he didn't want khushi close either, never thought he would fall for her. He looked at the sky to his mom'"I need you mom, I need to put my head down on ur lap, I want u to hold me and tell me all is gonna be well"'..tears shed from the eyes of the man. "u know u and Anjali were the only one I loved and after u left me, I never let anyone close. My life went on. And I thought u were the one ensuring nothing wud harm me, then why did u let this happen maa.,' why did u not hold me back from falling for the girl and if u didn't then why did she not accept my love. Cant u make her do it'..please maa'..i think am unable to breathe, I feel this love is gonna kill me, I need her like my next breathe maa'please maa'.what did I lack mom'why punish me maa'.and he burst into tears'.. it started raining heavily and Arnav felt like he would drown in his sorrow. coz it felt to him that his mom was also crying seeing his son so powerless and vulnerable

The thought of his mom crying jolted Arnav. No he needed to hold himself. Face his misdeeds, bear the fruit of his deeds, sour though they were.

It was past mid night when Arnav started for home'.he sat in his car heading towards home. (his phone lying dead at the tree trunk)

It had been two days. She was trying to reach Arnav. She had called and called and called. But he was unreachable. She called his office to reach him, but no one was aware of where he was. They were clueless. Aman would know for sure, but she didn't want Aman worried. To hell with it'she was desperate and she needed to know where Arnav was, that he was alrite. She was shit scared, loads of unwarranted fears were gripping her'.tears flowing, . She tried calling Aman, but his phone was switched off. She had no clue where on earth Aman was. Damn everyone to hell'.Oh god please ensure that Arnav is safe.

She looked at the ceiling and said "Mom I have always hated you for being weak and leaving me'and today if u want my forgiveness, u better ensure that Arnav is alrite. I never asked u for anything, but today, if anything, anything at all happened to him, I swear, u will never hear the end of me'.She sank down on her knee'.crying hard'.please mom'please I beg, keep Arnav safe"

Just then the doorbell buzzed. She jumped up, thinking it was Arnav, she rushed to the door, crying and laughing'she opened the door, Arnav,,'thank god!!!! And she went quiet, coz standing on the door was not Arnav but her friend Aman, who was not supposed to be in India for the next three days. Fear gripped her. Her heart beat raced, thinking the worst'was Arnav alrite, did something happen to him'.

Aman? What are u doing here. U weren't supposed to be in India for three more days. Is everything alrite. Is Arnav alrite. Did something happen to him. Dammit Aman why are you quiet. Tell me that Arnav is alrite where is he????

Aman, who had a smile on his face while standing at her friends door, was stunned to see khushi's state'.she was in tears, face and nose blotched. She was shivering. He knew when he saw Arnav in Australia that something was not right, but he was now beginning to understand the severity of the situation. His friend, his sister was hurt and hurt bad and all that because of him. Because he brought them together. His heart was crying seeing the current khushi, so vulnerable so sad.

He walked towards her, Yeah'I came back yesterday. I was surprised to see Arnav at the concert in Australia. He simply asked me to head home and handle things here. Said he would take care of things there.

what? Arnav is in Australia, but'? Khushi' s eyes misted'.she went Numb. With relief that Arnav was alright and with sadness that he did not return her call.

Aman went and held khushi and hugged her, sensing something wasn't right

"Khush? He asked softly, "what happened baby?

Khushi, pushed Aman aside.

Aman, book me a ticket to Australia, and if u know what is good for you, u better write down his address. I think that man now needs a piece of my mind.

But Khushi'? said Aman'"Not now Aman. Not now'give me the address

Arnav was sitting in a meeting with his directors at Sydney branch'mulling over khushi and cursing himself for thinking of her.

AR Group was planning to launch their new seasons line at Australia'.it would earmark their success now in the country, but he wasn't concentrating. He shut his eyes

Suddenly he heard the boardroom door open. heard a females voice, the voice that he would recognise anywhere, the voice that was the reason for the pricking pain in his current life. He opened his eyes, and cursed himself. For past three days he had been thinking and now he even started seeing her. He saw her lips move. She was saying something'.and then he saw that his board members were looking at him'waiting for him to say something'.he had gone delusional.
