Gah, my internet is being so sporadic thanks to Sandyji. 😡

I haven't been able to watchh the episode just yet but from the updates, P's behaviour sounds really maznipulative and underhanded. Meeting Ansh in secret is a big, huge no-no for his potential redemption. Don't you think it is suspect that he did it just after Aarti had declared, with no uncertainty, her feelings for Yash? He was feeling insecure and clearly needed an ego boost, so he went to the person who made him feel like he was a good, kind and strong person: Ansh. So essentially, even though Prashant wants redemption, he wants it so he can die in peace, not really so Aarti or Ansh can be happy.

@Jyo and Zet, great takes!

@anonee: I loved your table but I think you are being a little harsh on Dubey with regards to his feelings for Aarti. When push comes to shove, Prashant's problem is more urgent than Aarti's, hence the disregard for her feelings at this moment. Of course I haven't seen the episode yet, but this reminds me of the way Aarti snapped at Ansh during the family game when Ansh tried to hrow the small teddy bear out of the family. Dubey is reacting to Aarti's tirade against P, not Aarti herself, if that makes sense?

@Jyoti
Ansh is thrilled by the touch of his father (Yash), because his loving touch and presence convey a silent message of love, care, security, and contentment.
Ansh does not experience any of these feeling with P. He feels a sense of indebtness at the kindness he showed at his time of need! He does not feel love or security. This was particularly evident at Lalitpur where he would not leave his mother alone with this new uncle and to whom only once during that entire period did he mention that he was hungry. His Yash papa would have fed him without his having to mention his hunger pangs.

@Anonee: Thank you Dearie and you're very welcome! 😊

@Jyo: Nice post and thank you for the pics...Wow P is sure trying hard, I don't remember Yash haven't to work so hard sure we can thank Aarti for that but from the very first moment Ansh and Yash met it was like they made that instant connection ❤️

@Samana: Thank you Sweetie! Yup P wants redemption so he can die in peace and not because he wants Aarti & Ansh to be happy so in a way he's still beings selfish no matter how he tries to portray himself as a change man.

Hope you get to watch it soon!

I loved the Prashant - Aarti flashback! They used to be so adorable! Ansh/PayPal/Prashant bonding scene was so cute! Precap makes it seem like Aarti will be convinced that Prashant's in their lives.

@anonee: Loved your response to Jyo about Ansh's feelings for P and Y. It was so true and very touching to think about, and in line with what you said, didn't Yash bring milk for Ansh the next morning with no prior intimation? The contrast between the two men in their attitude to Ansh is clear as day and hence Ansh's own differing reactions. After all, even the friendship with P was formed out of obligation and indebtedness, as part of a deal, which Ansh had to initiate.

Things are getting interesting and am loving it. 😆

Shobha: Shobha is the mother of both Aarti and Prashant. Though she is scared for Prashant due to his illness, she is equally caring for Aarti. She somehow wants to save Prashant but without interrupting Aarti's newfound happiness. Unfortunately that is not possible in the given circumstances.

Dubey: I always felt Dubey is more inclined to Prashant. We have never seen Dubey showing his hatred/anger for Prashant's actions like Shoba did. It does not mean he dont want Aarti's happiness. He likes Aarti but we can strongly say he loves Prashant and Ansh. Unfortunately he forgot the link between Prashant and Ansh is Aarti. And without Aarti, there is no Ansh. Now his priority is his dying son. He wants to save his son at any cost even if exposing Aarti's truth. Suddenly it has become 'Aarti's truth' instead of 'Their truth'. We can be so sure he would not have done the same thing if she is his 'real' daughter and especially pregnant with complications like Aarti. Another thing he forgot is if he(the father) has the right and duty to save his son, he needs the permission of the father(Yash) of the donor(donor is a minor) too. Though Ansh is his grandson, Ansh is first Yash-Aarti's son and any other relation comes behind the parent-child relationship and here its for a major medical treatment.

Prashant: I liked how CVs are executing Prashant's character and developing in different dimensions. When the news came that he is going to return, not much people preferred since Aarti's life was already a mess. When he was introduced as 'reformed', we could not stop pitying him(i pity him only bcos of his illness). His words/intentions showed as he prefers Aarti-Ansh's happiness but his actions were contradictory. He could have corrected Yash when he enquired about his wife in the hospital instead he gave idea for the dinner. If Ansh gives him happiness, he can watch him from a distance. He'll definitely know Ansh will be confused/disturbed when the Prashant's real identity comes onto surface. I saw some posts on how the tables turned for Aarti and Prashant. But I always saw one difference. Aarti is more attached to the people she love and her present. In the past when she loved Prashant/he left her, her entire concentration was on him. Later when she fell in love with Yash, her entire devotion is solely on him. With Prashant, though he said he loves Nida(in the hospital scene with Shoba), he sort of accepted her leaving but feels Ansh is his only solace. He never had much guilt when he left pregnant Aarti for Nida. He always goes for the better/easier option(like Dubey does) where he will be accepted easily.

Sometimes his actions look like he want to test Aarti on how much she moved on or has she really moved on. To his bad luck, Aarti has moved on to a far distance where she is with someone who is more special, caring and responsible. And this time, when Prashant faces her whether in a positive or negative manner, he has to face his powerful opponent YASH since he had already seen the extent Yash could go to save his family. The one thing which Prashant neither did in his past nor he could in his present life with Nida.

Aarti: I felt they are trying to bring fear into Aarti as in some thriller. To remind her hidden guilt through the past actions which she no more considers important. But the trouble is those actions are done by her present(Yash and Ansh) which is everything to her.

Kids: I liked how Ansh introduced his sisters to Prashant and vic-versa. Also loved Palak's cute expression when she said 'mein palak, ye payal'. So except Aarti, everyone else in the family has met Prashant. (Though Yash is yet to know he is the saviour). Like how things are slowly unravelling.

All the actors did a great job. Special mention to Geeta and Kratika. Looking forward to tomorrow's episode.

Have a great day everyone!! 😊

@Zetter : Awesome take 👏👏👏.. u r right .. Shobha did tell Prashant about football match in Ansh ka school .. so why Prashant was acting as if he does not know about it when he asked about the dirt in Ansh ka shirt 🤔,..that scene of Prashant asking Ansh about the dirt has a purpose ... its just to show how Prashant is playing a smart and calculated game here without letting anyone know about it 😉... Even I agree that in future Prashant will try to brainwash Ansh against Yash and Aarti ... He will try to manipulate with this friendship tool only ...

If he really wanted to redeem himself , then he would hv gone away from their lives long back instead of returning back only to make his presence felt via his so called friendship actions

Sorry to hear that Sandy is playing havoc! Did you have School today - or were classes cancelled due to the weather?
@Samana - Thank you for the comments!
RE: I think you are being a little harsh on Dubey with regards to his feelings for Aarti.
Yes, I agree the table is skewed. That said I am going to elaborate why I feel I am being impartial. I have only put together what is being/was shown in this/earlier episodes. Dubey is not the bad cop nor Shobha the good cop. Generally when we weigh things in our mind we view both the pros and cons of our action/s. Here, the CVs instead of indulging in soliloquy or self-talk are using these two characters to portray the dilemma that they are facing! So Shobha and Dubey are just names - I could very well labelled the table Dubey self-talk with the two columns being pro-n-con.
RE: Prashant's problem is more urgent than Aarti's, hence the disregard for her feelings at this moment
This is a a more difficult statement to agree with - because right now Aarti is fighting for the survival of her unborn kid and so has to remain stress free. The stress is from three fronts: one, P's entry into her-n-Ansh's life; two, the need to disclose his existence to Yash and the Scindhiya parivaar; and three to expose Ansh at this tender age to spinal tap/procedure for the bone marrow transplant. The stress will either cause her to lose the child/impair it fetal development and cause harm to her health. So to state that P's condition is urgent compared to that of her 3 week window is difficult to agree! Particularly in view of the fact that the Dubeys are not considering other donor options. Their reluctance to consider other options is what is precipitating the urgency!
In my POV "The disregard for Aarti feelings" is because he (Dubey) is turning a blind eye to Aarti's predicament!
RE: Dubey is reacting to Aarti's tirade against P, not Aarti herself, if that makes sense
Absolutely!! In fact in my opinion this whole reaction of Dubeys is but an attempt by the CVs to portray their inner psyche. The words and the characters are but instruments used to picturize the workings of their mind. Will it help if I say that this is a symbolic representation?
