actually, the best way to go about this track is to leave the audience in confusion instead of making audience think that aarav is arnav's son.. they need to show contradictory stuffs.. not just the resemblances, which will make everyone believe he is arnav's son.. they need to show at least a bit of other side too.. then, only viewers will be interested in knowing what will happen.. just this monotonous way of just showing him to be arnav's son will just make viewers leave the show for a while until there is some positivity. i think next week is gonna beat the less TRP that DKS track got!!! it is gonna down the drain1 😡

I want Aarav to be Aakash's son. He also went to Harvard. May be Sheetal was Arnav's gf and they broke up one night. The same night Sheetal gets drunk with Aakash and sleeps with him and Aarav is the result. But because she wanted Arnav not Aakash, she brings up Aarav as Arnav's son. This will explain the diabetes and DNA match as Arnav and Aakash are first cousins.
