I think once RK recovers he will not like the fact Madhu gave him blood and pray for him and all. This might be the reason he leave her. He might be too guilty for what he has done to her.

Something is there makers are building this track because out of all of them they made Madhu give him blood and all.

Remember..RK doesn't like any ehsaan...
But now...his life will is a big ehsaan from Madhu..
Wonder how RK will handle it...!!
