Very short teaser for you guys! Part 19 will be up in a couple of days!

"We've had our problems, Khushi, but isn't our relationship strong enough to get through them?"

"Arnavji, please. Don't do this." Khushi swallowed the lump that had formed in her throat, her voice shaking. Arnav got up from the bed, frustration building up inside him.

"Do what? Tell you that I believe in you; that I believe in us?" Khushi flinched at his raised voice and rose her own to match his.

"Us? What us, Arnavji? You gave up on us the second you wrote me that letter!" Arnav grabbed her forearms and held her flush against him.

"I never gave up on us, don't you understand?!" He loosened his grip on her and turned around as he continued. "I did this for your own good, Khushi."
