~⭐️Episode 5⭐️~
Time: In Present
(A continuation from the Prologue)
Scene 1:
Geet in the car...
To meet him again...to see him again...and to hear her name again from his mouth opened the stitch in her heart...and pain erupted...like tears from her eyes.
It wasn't that she fully believed he wouldn't be there...but she never thought her past would kill her like this...actually she never forgot...the pain was never heeled...and now she realised it's never going to heal.
Her heart wept and her eyes vented it externally...and then before she could realise it erupted into stifled sobs...
The driver turned and asked, "Madam, gaadi rok doon? Aap...aap theekh toh hain na?"
"Haan bhaiyya...main theekh hoon..." she lied, wiping her tears.
Scene 2:
"Adi, Pinki...I have to go now..."
Pinki looks at Adi in concern and says to Maan, "Theekh hai..." and hugs him. Adi too smiles and hugs him.
Maan leaves...
Scene 3:
"Yeh kaisa pyaar hai? Dono ek doosre ko kuch kehte nahi...phir bhi sabko pata hai woh ek doosre se kitna pyaar karte hain...Agar yeh dono aise hi chup rahenge toh inki zindagi humesha adhoori hi rahegi...bina pyaar ke...sirf dard aur kuch nahi. Pinki we should do something for them...hum sab kuch jaante hain..."
"Adi...you know now it's impossible...Jab tak woh dono apne dil ki baat ek doosre se nahi kahenge...tab tak kuch nahi ho sakta...aur agar woh keh bhi denge toh ab bahut der ho chuki hai..."
Tears roll down Pinki's eyes...Adi holds her hand and consoles her.
[Vicky Enters]
"Congratulations to you two..."
He hugs Adi...who doesn't look much delighted to see him. But he doesn't show it outrightly.
"Wow...you both look just perfect...Made for eachother..."
"Thanks Vicky...You make yourself comfortable...humein kuch kaam hai..." Adi tells him...
"Arre yaar wait...Main abhi aaya hoon...sirf tum dono se milne...aur tum dono chal diye...Itni kya jaldi hai..." he nudges Adi naughtily...
"Vicky aisi koi baat nahi hai...Okay..."
"Tum Maan ki wajah se naaraz ho na??"
"Please I don't want to talk about it..."
"Yaar...I just wanted to help him...Woh kabhi Geet ke saath khush nahi rehta...She was never meant to be in his life...His life was already meant for someone else...He was in dilemma and as a friend I did him a favour...Aur tum log samajhte ho maine uske saath bura kiya...Why??"
"Why??? You want to know why??? Tumhari wajah se unn dono ki dil ki baat dil main hi rah gayi...tumhari wajah se woh dono aaj bhi tadap rahe hain...ek doosre se anjaane ban gaye hain..."
"Adi...tum bhi jaante ho woh dono ek doosre se bilkul alag hain...Maan had alreasy chosen his life...aur usme Geet ke liye koi jagah nahi thi...It'd have caused more pain...nothing else...I just wanted him to be happy."
"Oh really...and now do you think he's happy...Tumne kaise decide kar liya that Geet and Maan were not meant to be together...Anyways...Vicky jo tumne kiya main usse kabhi maaf nahi kar paoonga...Tumhari wajah se unn dono ka pyaar adhoora hi rah gaya. Tumhari wajah se teen zindagiyaan barbaad ho gayi."
Adi leaves...
"Vicky...Unka pyaar saccha hai...and that is why aaj tak unn dono ne ek doosre ko kabhi apne dil ki baat nahi batayi...because they know it'll cause only hurt...Par tum kya samjhoge unke pyaar ko?" Pinki tells him...She sighs and leaves behind Adi.
Vicky stands there feeling sucked out of all happiness...Suddenly he felt like a murderer...a murderer of true love that could've blossomed between two hearts...but it never happened...and he was responsible for that.
Scene 4:
Mandir
Maan halts his car in front of the temple...and gets down. He leaves his mobile in the car and climbs up the steps hoping to find some comfort for his broken heart.
But just before he lifted his hand to strike the bell, he sees her...with folded hands and eyes closed...praying...
"Bhagwaan ji...shakti do...Ab mujhse aur bardasht nahi hota...Aap hi batayiye ab main kya karoon? Main kaise kisi aur ko apni zindagi main shaamil kar loon...kaise Bhagwaan ji?? Yeh kaisi pareeksha hai??? Yeh mujhse nahi hoga..." She throws herself down on the floor of the temple and cries...cries her pain out...
Maan moves to hold her but stops himself and looks at her from a distance...
...
She gets up...the wind blows her duppatta...and it flies off...She doesn't care and simply walks away...towards her car lost in her thoughts...but for a moment she thought she felt his presence, her heart felt a jolt...but she dismissed it and continued to walk away...from him...her love.
Meanwhile, the duppatta flows and falls on Maan...her smell engulfing all the pores of his heart...like she was there...in his heart. He removes the duppatta from his face and looks on...as Geet's car drives off...
