Leesan, what brought you here to the forum? have you been watching NBT right from the start in jan or you started watching later?? then why ventured so late into the forum?

Fari, Kuls...why indeed! Seems to be standard practice though, the last show I watched had a bigamy track that lasted for 3 whole months!! 😡 And when it was over my hair was all gone!! And my forehead was as flat as a pancake!! Then it was all over and the show ended!! Sounds familiar??!!

They just never learn ...or listen to the fans for that matter!!

I was watching just one show, Bhagonwali on Zee, the only channel I have on cable with eng. subtitles. It was never popular, but I liked it and eventually joined the forum ,which was great! However, to improve on TRPs etc, a bigamy track was introduced,while he female lead was absent for 2 months(?) to get married. The show never recovered and ended mid Feb. I was scouring the forum for something else and found NBT a few months later, thought subtitles were available online,but they soon dried up! However I was hooked, so itch the help of tne WU and the forum, I survived just barely. When the MR marriage occurred,everyone seemed so dejected I opened a thread in the NBT forum ,and the rest is history!! Would love to watch the earlier shows but with no subtitles it's just too difficult!

oh then it must be double triple frustrating for you to follow the show, so you don't understand fluent hindi?? or none at all?

oh you really missed some good dialogues yaar, the dialogues of the original NBT used to be so excellent, subtle and had depth, meaningful ones, i miss those days

Hats off to you for still sticking through, to the show as well as the forum :D

Thanks Fari ! Hope has also been very helpful in translating for me from time to time! I guess you missed the discussions the other night!

I am non Indian, non Hindi speaker, and not of Indian origin , except recently I discovered my maternal great grandmother was actually from India!! This was a sort of impetus for me to go a a journey of discovery ...and I landed right here! 😉

There are many like me from a plethora of other countres round the world,you'd be surprised to know!! 😊

oh so your genes brought you here ;) without your even knowing yourself, wow fate pre-ordained!

There must be lots of non-hindi speakers around on IF but you are the first one I have come across on NBT forum :D

I like watching chinese movies and tv series, but only if they have subtitles, otherwise, even if anyone updates in english, I would feel like missing out on everything hence get frustrated more :P

So you have any fav scenes so far? Fav MM, MG or MN ?

yeah, especially Kunal's. His desperation to hear the doc say those magic words, it was so painful to watch, Nanhi's tear and accusatory looks/tone for her spiderman, just because the poor thing was so panic-stricken by the doctor's words and watching her mother in such a state

good episode and nicer precap with Mohan playing house house and becoming domesticated
