Ok, well that makes sense actually. Jeevika could donate without telling anyone as ultimately the decision is hers and Viren and they have already made it. Maanvi would kill Jeevika and could imagine that scene being very similar to the one we saw this week. But in Jeevika's eyes at least would be standing in front of her arguing with her - rather having regrets from beyond the grave.
