I may be in the minority today.. while everyone seems to be elated in seeing ASR apologise for his crude behaviour and bad decisions, I would like to see more coming from the mighty ASR.. as they say better late than never...So by Apologising ASR is trying to redeem himself and the PH is trying to redeem their TRPs.. 😆
However, to me his apology has come a bit too late.. He stood there watching Khushi being abused by both the families when he forcibly married her... He left her to face the music alone.. what a band, Bhaja, Baraat (means a wedding band) it was !!!
Khushi was slandered by Shyam when the latter's two timing habits came to the fore... yet, ASR was seen standing as a mute spectator for not 1 but for 3 episodes.. If I was ASR, I would have slapped Shyam as soon as I walked into RM and then disclosed the sordid details to my family.. thankfully I am no ASR... 😃
Daadi abused Khushi and even went on to call her a cheap woman and insinuated many other unsavoury adjectives.. ... ASR was once again seen standing their watching and hearing everything... couldn't he have come out with the truth or told the patriarch to put a sock in her mouth? here she saunters in after 14 years and expects everyone to do somersaults in front of her ...
ASR's actions has ruined Khushi's reputation.. she was insulted in public... why can't the apology too be rendered in front of the families ?... Shyam's interest in Khushi is no more a secret to both the families (with the exception of Daadi ... my inkling tells me she too knows why he was thrown out) Both families now know how Shyam tricked the Gupta's to get engaged to Khushi.. Anjali knows why ASR married in haste... So what is the hesitation in coming out with the entire truth? Khushi has been humiliated enough.. details about the contract marriage is not going to do much damage than what has been already done!!!😕
ASR is reluctant to apologise in public because he still wants to protect his Di from pain.. Yes, he does feel bad for Khushi's predicament... but does he even realise the extent of his unthoughtful actions? ...what he did was unpardonable... If Shyam had done something like this to Anjali would ASR be satisfied with an apology alone? He ruined Khushi's reputation, her credibility and her future... I would like him to explain the entire story to both families and ask for an apology ..
Yes, it is great to see ASR realise his mistakes ... but the apology to me has come a bit late ... Moreover, the apology must be rendered not only to Khushi but to Payal and the entire Gupta family.. if Anjali is in a delicate position due to her pregnancy so is Shashi who suffered a stroke.. imagine the pain he had to go through to see Khushi in such a position..
I too feel we are galloping near the finish line all too hastily ... Some are indicating that more dirt will be unravelled only to be hurled at Khushi.. So I am waiting for the past to be revealed with much trepidation.. I hope fervently that this time it will be Khushi who will hate ASR

I do like the way he stands up to his Dadi when she hurls abuse at Khushi and her family
Its about time and the the time is now
I like him manning upto his duties as a husband
Now all he has to do is to stand up and recognise his whimpering simpering spinless sister for what she is
