Manoj Bohra > Thanks. Yes, I do have a girl friend. Her name is Teejay Siddu. She is a VJ on a popular music channel. My hobbies - I like driving, Tai Chi, kickboxing, film, theatre, travelling and sleeping.

Manoj Bohra > I will soon. I need to be a good actor first. And I want to be known as a good actor not a film star. That's the reason I am doing serials and theatre. Thank you for the compliment.

Manoj Bohra > I think, I fit better in Shararat (I am "Dhruv" in Shararat ) because of the comedy. It's very natural. You don't have to put on an act or look negative.

Manoj Bohra > Meditation is a very big part of my life. I meditate and exercise so I keep my body and mind very healthy.

Manoj Bohra > Of course they can. A good actor can fit anywhere.
Loveualways > I know your character in Kkusum is opposite yourself (in real life). How easy is it to play a negative guy when you are so positive in real life? Any funny incident that happened on the sets of Kkusum ?
Manoj Bohra > As I said before, a good actor fits anywhere. And he can portray any kind of emotion. Can't think of any funny incident.
Jamal > What is required to be a good model?
Manoj Bohra > Dedication, first and foremost. You need to be sincere towards your body - exercising helps. And you need to have charisma and a good height.
Loveualways > Who would you rather work with - Mona Singh (JASSI) or Kareena Kapoor?
Manoj Bohra > Mona Singh, as she is more versatile, more real and not pretentious.
Loveualways > Would you rather play romantic or bad guy?
Manoj Bohra > I would do both, as I enjoy them (both).
Gigs > Manoj, it is aid that TV actors are becoming too materialistic and greedy and want to make money all the time. Is it true? Say honestly. Is it healthy to be so materialistic?
Manoj Bohra > It's a livelihood and eventually passion has to be financially viable also.
Jamal > Why is it that TV actors get less exposure in films? Even they get side-lined in bit roles like Shweta Tiwari was in the flick, Madhoshi .
Manoj Bohra > It's very important to portray and give the correct image of yourself and choose the correct project. A lot of TV actors are desperate to do films so they take up anything.
Your fan > Is marriage with Teejay Siddu on the cards in the near future? One thing about Teejay Siddu that strikes you?
Manoj Bohra > That's too soon to talk about. Her smile (is what I find is striking).

Manoj Bohra > Manasi because I worked the longest with her and we share a good rapport.
Behna > Your dad is a film producer then why didn't you debut in films and try your hands on the big screen?
Manoj Bohra > I wanted to learn the trade first. So I assisted a lot of directors. I am doing a lot of plays and getting very friendly with the camera by doing TV serials. Eventually I want to be a good actor because you get only one chance to make a good first impression in films.
Loveualways > What is your idea of a romantic date?
Manoj Bohra > Taking the one I love to Panchgani (hill station in Maharashtra, India) to our secret rendezvous.
Your fan > Which serials have you directed?
Manoj Bohra > I have assisted for Aahat and CID (not directed).
Mirch > Despite being from filmy background, what are the difficulties you faced in trying to set up your career as an actor?
Manoj Bohra > The difficulty I faced is that no one would take me seriously because of the connections, as most of the producers are my dad's friends. So that's the long bridge that I had to cross.
Jamal > Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Manoj Bohra > On top of the world - professionally, personally and financially.
