CHAPTER 10
the kiss lasted fr a while n suddenly swayam had the flashbacks of his past, the
past tat he still dint bury, the past tat still lived in his heart, the flashes
of the moments spent wit his past, the beautiful memories, the promises mad to
someone really special..he pushed sharon away from him..sharon was shocked at his
reaction.The push was really arrogant.His eyes turned moist, he nodded his head
gesturin a no,he started breathing high as though he feared abt something, he
started blabbering.Sharon was astonished wit his sudden negetive reactions.She
stepped towards him to know wat went wrong.She held jhim by his shoulders n
swayam just steped backwards witout lettin her even touch him.
sharon:kya hua swayam??tum teek toh ho??
swayam:yeh teek nahi hai sharon..
sharon:matlab??
swayam:jo bhi hum dono ke beech abhi hua..its nt right..
sharon was taken aback.It was the first ever kiss of her life.The kiss was really
special for her.Sharon's eyes turned moist
sharon:ga..galat..y swayam??i mean..
swayam:i can never fall in love wit u..
This last line hit her heart directly.She felt as though someone pricked her hear
wit a sharp needle n she cudnt do anythin abt it.The guy whom she fell for, the
man she fell in love wit a few minutes ago can never fall in love wit her??
sharon:kyun swayam??i knw ki tum bhi mujhse pyaar karthe ho..jitna main tumse..
swayam saw her in disbelief.
swayam:no..sharon..yeh galti mat karo..
sharon:but wats wrong swayam??tel me..??kya mujhme koi bhi kharabi hai?
swayam:no no sharon..(frustrated tone)main pyaar nahi kar saktha..
sharon:bt y swayam??i knw ki tumhare andar koi dard hai..jo tum ksike saamne
jatha nahi..
swayam:(shocked)aisa kuch bhi nahi hai..(his back facin her)
sharon:oh really swayam??toh fir nazrein kyun chu rahe ho??
swayam:its ma personal life sharon..n main apne personal space main kisi ko
interfere karne nahi detha..
sharon:(turns swayam towards her)oh really..toh fir abhi jo kuch minute pehle
hua..woh kya tha..it was nt ur personal space..huh??
swayam:wo..plss sharon dont force me..he walks away frm thr..
both wer absolutely drenched in rain..the rain turned heavier..sharon had decided
tat this tym she id t gonna let go swayam witout answerin her..she follwed him..
sharon:u owe an answer to me swayam..kya hai tumhare past main aisa swayam jiske
wajah se tum agey nahi badh paa rahe ho??
swayam:sharon pls leave me alone..
sharon:no swayam..i wont..(she screamt)
swayam too lost his control..n yelled at top of his voice
swayam:neetha..my love..
tat echoed in the mountains..sharon was shocked n her legs started trembling..she
knew ther was somethin in swayam's past wic huted him..but she never ever in her
wild dreams thought tat he was in love wit someone else n tat love had hurted
him..it hurted her..the tears in his eyes wer now flowin thru her eyes..but she
decided to control her pain n handle swayam..
sharon:neetha??kya hua usse..
swayam:neetha n i wer best friends durin our col times in london.(a smile curved
his lips.)She always supported me in watever i did..then our friendship turned
to love.One fine day i proposed her n she accepted.My parents also knew abt this
n we decided to get engaged.3 years ago we got engaged n tat night we had thrown
a lavish party fr all our friends.I was drunk n i wanted to take her fr a
ride..she warned me nt to do so..but maine uski ek nahi suni..main zidd kartha
raha,..aur akhir main woh maan gayi..we all friebds decided to hav a race..she
told me not to do ths..but main ne uski ek nahi suni..i tld her tat if she loved
me she wud sit behind me to support me in the race..n she did as i said..it was
rainin out thr n the race began..after we crossed almost a long route suddenly a
truck came in front of my bike n i lost ma balance..(he started cryin)we both wer
thrown away to opposite sides..i was watchin her..she was still alive..i tried to
walk towards her n suddenly another truck hit..(he started sobbin..)
sharon was shocked to here ths..she too satrted cryin..she loved him immensly n
he loved someone more than himself.He lost his first love in front of his own
eyes.she cud feel the pain he went thru.She neared him n cupped his face..he was
sobbin hopelessly.The pain wic he hid within himself today was finally out.he
felt relieved.
swayam:n tats the reason i dont drink at all..aur neetha ke baad main ne decide
kar liya tha sharon tat i ll never fall in love again..main jisse bhi pyaar
kartha hu na..woh mujhse alag ho hi jatha hai..n pyaar sirf ek baar hota hai
sharon..i dont wanna ruin ur life..u r a nice gal..u can get best of the boys in
ur life..mere saat tumhe kuch nahi milega..
sharon:i knw swayam ki pehle pyaar ko bhulana asaan nahi hota..nahi main chahthi
hu ki tum neetha ko bhul jao..but yeh bhi sach hai tat after ths i love u more n
i dont regret fr it.But yeh bhi sach hai swayam i ll never force u to love me
kyunki pyaar zabardasthi nahi hota na hi hum kisiko majboor kar sakthe hai kisiko
humse pyaar karne ke liye..i ll let u go..n kal se balki abhi se hum ek doosre se
door rahenge..
It was hard for shron to take such a decision, but she had to do ths for
swayam.he dint know wat sharon mattered to him, for now all he knew was his first
love was his last love.They both aparted frm each other n sat under the tree wic
wer on opposite sides.
next mornin
sunrise hit her eyes..she slowly opened her eyes,the tear path still clear on her
face..she luked at swayam who was sleepin but the pain n agony was still clear in
his face.She luked at her watch n it was 9:00 in the mornin..they had to rush to
the resort coz in the evenin she had a fashion show n then they had to attend a
party..she walked towards swayam,she slowly brushed his cheeks wit her tender
fingers..he cud feel it n it was soothing..a smile curved his lips wic depicted
relief..he opened his eyes n their eyes met..he smiled n she smiled in
return..but nw wat flashed her mind was the last night talk n the decision of
stayin away frm each other.The thought vanished her smile n she stood up
hurrily..
sharon:hmm..hume nikalna chahiye swayam..its late..aur shaam ke liye bhi tayari
karni hai..
swayam:(he nw realised y she behaved like ths)haan..chalo.
they walked down the mountain witout even utterin a word, but still they shared
glances..they finally reached their resort..
My thought:'Love is not just about smiles,happiness,romance n beautiful
moments...Its also about pain,sorrows,fear of loosin ur loved one's..PAIN ALWAYS
COMES IN HANDY WITH LOVE..they cannot be seperated..all u can do is watevr is the
situation just dnt stop lovin n losin hopes...'
