Part 31She hugged him again while he caressed her hair soothing d pain , they stayed in d same position for quite a long tym .Their hug was broken when an unknown person held Rey's arms n jerked him away with a force. Rey traced some steps backwards but mangaged to stand without a fall. "Rey", Kriya shouted concernedly before turning to face the third person. She wiped d raindrops falling onto her face for a better view. "Shivam!!", she said startled. "What r u doing here?? Y did u come??", she continued pacing towards Shivam. He pushed her aside onto the ground and went for Rey. Rey n Shivam shared some death glances, their eyes radiating the angriness in their bodies. She looked on from Rey to Shivam n then vice versa. She dint even understand the pretty reason for the boys to quarrel among themselves and also within her presence. She immediately made her way to Rey. She holded his hand to take him away but Shivam let out a huge growl which made her shudder for a moment. His eyes were bright red and were emitting fumes. His fangs made their way from his mouth. She was surely astonished and shocked, nevertheless she know Shivam as a vampire but she didnt see his traits of a Vampire upto now though Rey was one and what she was seeing was certainly a dilemma. Shivam was a Vampire too. She was totally surrounded by the Vampires without a clue and she never knew that. He looked horrible and she just wanted to run off to a safe place. Her eyes dizzed at the fight, they were involved in a fight, she could never make out who was who while they are pacing in a jet speed. She stood rooted to her place, unaware of what is happening and what will happen. Her legs pained narrowly but she stood still for the battle to stop. She gave some thoughts for the fight to being had,Was Shivam the same person who was flaterring the windows?? Was he back of Rey's life??The unfinished betrothal seemed to have an ending, their quarrel finally got slow and before she realised, she jerked little away as Rey tied Shivam's hands to the tree beside Kriya and Rey pushed Kriya for a distance. After certain minutes of struggle, Shivam was completely tied to the tree and smashed on his face, Rey stopped beating them after Kriya pleaded him. Rey's face had a severe cuts and bruises and so does Shivam had but he was using all his strength to free his arms which was impossible since the tree was rooted very strongly.Rey helded Kriya's wrist and he instructed her to pack all her clothes and all the things she required. He closed d door behind and opened the passenger seat for her ignoring all the scowls Shivam was giving him. He had a one good thing, hitting his fist right into his face leaving a dark green mark on his face."Kriya can never be yours Reyaansh Singhania", Kriya heard him say for the last time.They drove in the same path they came from completely surrounded by the green trees, Rey's mood was still fury, he ignited the engine to a rage speed to pull off all his agitation. Kriya never faced him, she couldnt see him injured like he was, she was thunderstriken by the sudden acts. She felt bad for Rey, what she heard from Shivam easily said she was the reason of this quarrel. Rey was hurted because of her, she felt a deep sting in her heart justifying herself. She glimpsed at him through the corner of her eye, she felt guilty on seeing a cut on his left cheek. She retraced her fingers on it trying to caress, he flinched at her touch. "Is it hurting more??", she asked her voice as calm as before. "Little", he said giving a faint smile. She hugged him sidewards circling her right arm around him, resting her head onto his chest while he drived. Her fingers lingered on the injuries of the skin he had. "Shivam is that bad??", she enquired. "No...he is just a bad boy..he will be good soon", he answered looking into her eyes. There was a silence completely, Kriya was lost in her own thoughts of confusion and sadness. "Can't we stay in my house??", she asked after moments of silence. "We will be more safe over here", he told soothingly. She closed her eyes for relieving the moments of the silent atmosphere.She felt his hand surround her waist, she opened her eyes to see him trying to lift her and they reached his house back in the forest. "I will come", she said walking off from the car to upstairs room as he guided. It was an early morning around 5-6 by the time they reached. Rey flattened the sheet on the bed insisting her to lie down, she denied at first after his continuous orders, she lied down peacefully and Rey too dozed off on the couch after she slept.The sun sneeked through the open windows, it was highly annoying since it was a very hot afternoon, Kriya could feel the sun burn her skin, she immediately got up tired of her half sleep. Her skin had become very warm just due to the rays, she inhaled the air deeply and went to freshen up. She wore her formal dark navy blue dress. She went to the mirror and muffled her hair properly, the defect in her face only was the lack of happiness and the swollen cheeks. She washed her face once again and wiped the soft towel of hers. Rey was sleeping yet his face turned to the opposite side, she could see only his left side part of the face. She took the cream which she had brought from her home and started applying it on the cut to steal soon by going on her knees. She shoved his hair off his face and applied smoothly so that she doesn't disturb his sleep. She applied it applying a little pressure, he moved a bit. She withdrawed her hand away feeling bad but he caught her wrist with his left hand and pressed it back on his cheek with a smile. She smiled back glancing him and completed it. He woke up after some time and went for a bath. Kriya had her lunch after insistance and they sat beside each other watching tv. He holded her hand for breaking the silence. She looked at him and he held it more tightly saying, "We will go to college from tommorow". He felt her hand loosen the grip. "Rey", she started hesitatingly. "Trust me it will be completely like before", he said stroking her hand for assurance. "Shivam??", she questioned. "I will take care of him", he convinced. "Like you did the previous night", she mocked with anger filling her eyes. She cared for him as like he did for her. She pulled off her hand completely. "I will think of something different", he told. "Tell me after you think", she said making a distance. He cursed himself for reminding her everything. He moved to her mumbling an audible Sorry. She ignored him and walked to the window trying to forget all the things that happened the night.
"Kriya", he whispered slowly into her ear placing his hands on her shoulder. She shoved them off. He turned her to face him and cupped her face."Im really sorry Kriya...I didn't fight intentionally...it just happened", he explained."It all happened because of me!!", she yelled."Who told you??!!", he asked. "I know...I know you both fought because of me", she holded his hands, "And I dont want you to get hurted...get hurted because...of...me", she stressed the last 2 words. "You are serious", he said chuckling softly to lighten the atmosphere. "Rey", she said sick of his trial. He held her wrists with his hands n pulled her into a hug gripping tighter. "I love you", he mumbled into her ear before she could actually balance her at the side action. She calmed down for a second without any struggles. It felt so soothing to her ears and his hug was already an great encounter. They stayed for some time but soon parted when Rey's cell ranged with an extra beep. Rey went out for talking. Kriya could hear only one sided convo of Rey.
"Hello Swayam...how??...Have you lost it why did you do so??...Ok Ok Im coming now...take care of yourself"
What did Swayam do?? And where is Rey going?? Kriya puking blood...reason??
