Haha I know right! It's been so quiet here the past couple of days because none of us had any clue about what was going to happen next and we were all just grasping at straws! But today, today has been a whirlwind of activity, first because of the TRPs and then because of that dhamakedaar segment that left everyone completely gobsmacked!

And I was just thinking, if I didn't know what was going to be happening after the hand kiss, I would have totally been in AarYa fangirl heaven over that kiss right now. It was so, so romantic- he held her hands so delicately and left probably the softest yet intimate kiss on it! They shot it from so many angles and then replayed the entire thing so many times that for a little while I told myself to disregard what was going to happen after and just focus on the little details of the kiss, which upon closer scrutiny was even more beautiful than what I saw at first glance!

It truly is a tragedy that it the savage beast inside of Yash was unleashed right after it because that scene in itself might have just killed us all! By the way, I haven't stopped making connections of that sequence and Beauty and the Beast ever since I watched the segment, all courtesy of Samana! And seeing Yash in an actual beastly mode made the comparison all the more real!

OMG W*F prashant abused aarti! and now yash shoved her! he deserves to be smacked! why did he kiss her? did he think it was arpita?

@Jyo: That's not true actually. Some domestic violence does happen for a man to show his manliness but mostly that is a given, "I can hit you because I am a man." The actual act of violence is usually triggered by overflowing emotions as we see here, followed by the husband apologising and saying he will never do it again. That is what makes it so hard for women to identify abuse and run from it, because the man usually apologises, says he loves her, buys her gifts etc. I am not saying Yash is an abuser, I know this was a one off, but I am trying to say that domestic violence is not always triggered by need for dominance. There are lots of reasons why a man feels he needs/has the right to hit the woman he is with. So the very fact that Yash indulged in such an action bothers me, that too in front of everyone!

@Maham: I agree. Arpita's gotta go! And it follows that Yash will get a wake up call after his outburst as to how his obsession has been the root of all of this, including why Aarti felt she had to change into Arpita and why Vidhi initiated the idea. But I am wondering now, who is going to give Yash the wake up call? There are so many options!

1. Arpita's portraits (hair of the dog that bit you? Also, he realised he had overreacted with RD in the 3rd episode that way)
2. Aarti (if she gets really mad)
3. Vidhi (because she initiated this plan)
4. Shobha (because she was privy to both Aarti and Yash's feelings)
5. Palak (growing attachment to Aarti but Arpita obsession holding her back)
6. SP (he sees the positive changes in the house since he came back and reprimands Yash for not accepting them)
7. Prateek (closest to Aarti, knows how hard she has been trying)
8. Pankaj (he is the only one who has the guts to talk about Yash letting go of Arpita)
9. Arpita's mother (realises Yash has not moved on and is holding the girls back)
10. Ansh (just to make a round 10, but possible, given his relationship with Yash now as well as being the only one who is loved by Yash and loves Aarti with equal, if not more depth. Also, he is used to being the man in Aarti's life)

Did someone say Beast! Now I think I remember there was talk of Beauty and the Beast a few days ago when I peeked in here.😆

The Beast will have to give a whole library now, if I remember correctly!
