I just stumbled upon this story a while ago and since I started reading it, I could not stop! This is an amazing and heartwrenching story!! I absolutely love your writing and the magic within it! It is so vivid in detail that I can imagine everthing unfolding before my very own eyes and feel the emotions being evoked. I'm looking forward to what happens next!!! 😊

Meera, Anj's trauma was explained very well..quite heart wrenching and so painful.i wish Anj gets a caring and a loving partner henceforth.

Anjali is so blind but you cant blame her.

She sees something off, like you mentioned numerous times, but just doesnt want to dwell on it...may be this is the reason why she is taking it so hard these days (in your story)? Because she not only let down herself but also her Chotte...Arnav's tears, his hopes...everything must be playing havoc on her mind. I feel terrible for her but hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and I hope you give us that part soon.

Beautifully woven together, Meera.

The story is now opening up and its a treat to read it. :)

That ugly conniving bas***d!! Poor Anjali! He charmed her so well that she just couldn't not fall for him! Ugh!

And Chhotey.. He cried for him, with him! I hate Shyamwa!

And no, Meera.. this is important for the story. And you're doing a fab job! :)

So I'm scared to ask this question.. Was Shyam ever in love with Anjali? Did he initially think that she'd be his meal ticket + he also loves her, so that'll just be an added bonus? Did he?

This is a fantastic back-story. The Shyam in Anjali's past seems so simple, loving, caring, kind hearted and someone who is capable of filling other's lives with joy and happiness. Hell even I would have fallen for this Shyam.

It must be so difficult for Anjali to believe that a man who was once capable of selfless love is now capable of so much deception.

Can't wait to see how you talke this forward- will Anjali stay strong and let go off Shyam, or will the past and her low confidence haunt her again?
