First choice for the role would be Giaa but as she has gone I think Devoleena did a good job. She's definitely trying her best to portray our Gopi!!

It was much needed. I know we're used to seeing Gia as Gopi, but that ship has sailed. I've said this before, but the new actress is really brave to take on the task to change what Gia has engraved in our minds. I think that requires bravado. Adjustment will take time, but we can all be a good sport about it!

The choice of watching the show or not should be left upon the individual to decide. If you can't watch it, then don't. I think that the new actress is doing her job. It's really not her fault!

I totally agree with you!!! Who said anything about "bashing" the new Gopi??? I just dont like her because SHE ISNT GIA MANEK!!! I feel sorry for any person who has to fill the role of another actor/actress who has already made the part their own... there is no chemistry between her and Ahem because, lets face it, GoHem had 2 years to solidify their parts!!

So why should we be forced to "like" or "accept" someone else!!!

As regards... "Bashing will not be tolerated"... well, may I remind you that, this is a forum and a forum is for saying what you think , your personal opinion without using racist or insulting language... freedom of speech...

I started this post because there was a lot of Devoleena bashing posts at the time.

If you don't like her, that's fine. That is your opinion.
I am also not forcing you to like her, or accept her.

All I am asking for is for people to stop posting negative comments about her physical appearance

As for the bashing, well bashing of any kind if not tolerated on India-Forums. May it be actor bashing, character bashing, or member bashing.
Neither are actor comparison posts allowed.

This is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

You guys have a right nerve, Here the whole forum is going completely hay-wire and buzzing with angry, Frustrated complaints about Giaa being replaced, There are frustrated and angry posts every where and Yuks as part of the SNS dev team is actually trying to control the situation and in stead of being grateful, You guys are replying rudely.

I case you haven't noticed, But in many topics of the forum, There is bashing of Devoleena. It's not Yuks fault that Giaa left/ was replaced. We don't even have full details about what friggin happened!? and no, You wern't forced to accept the new Gopi. No ones 'forcing' you, It's simply the fact that yes, Giaa has been replaced and there's nothing that can be done about it. It's done. And thats that.

And about the bashing part. Than bashing causes fights and diputues creating an unhealty and negative atmosphere which the Mods clear to provide a positive attitude. Freedom of speech is obviously allowed but at least don't abuse the right of freedom of speech.

Thank you Munny. Your previous posts made me realise that your right. Yes Giaa has been replaced whether we like it or not, But we can't bash this new actress no matter how much we cringe at the Gohem scenes🤢 (LOL sorry😆) but it's the reality :( The sad and cruel reality. :(
