this was an emotional update 😭 geet knows about her health & her clot is bleeding.. maan remembers their love story.. in my pov i wouldn't mind both geets operation and maaneet love story.. a part of where he remembers their story & then sapna comes with whether the operation was successful or not 😃 awesome update & thank you for the pm 😊
