even i am positive that arnav is faking all this to find out the truth.he may hav discovered that his will was missing n may hav faked all this london trip to spy wat shyam wud do behind his back😊 remember there was a spoiler before (i don remember whethr the cvs told this) that arnav wud form a plan n shyam is goin to get trapped in it?? so this may be it. also the cvs told abt givin us a big unexpected twist which wud bring the show to the top of the trp chart.
