im gujarati so i wouldn't be the best to comment ..

although, i feel like HD is working the angle on a stereotype. whether its good or bad, i dunno - but they really overdo it.

its not just hd...most punjabi characters on tv are represented like that...

ishaan? pata nahi yaar...saarey positive characters ko ek ek karke bhaga rahe hai...1st amma, fr ishaan...now rishi...even the office environment was a better place for indu...woh bhi band kar diya...she would not be going to office even...

u know...serials me bachho ke rehne se...serials benefit a lot...two serials...na boley tum and punar vivah get great response due to the child actors...

and how come ishaan's nani comes in and does not ask about him...generally they dote on their poetey..hai na?
