Part 26

Khushi woke up feeling pain in her right cheek and very uncomfortable. She thought she was back at home and turned, expecting to be next to her husband. Instead, she found empty space. Everything came crashing down on her, how she had gone to AR with Arnav, Shyam sweet talking the guards into letting her go, him hitting her. Her hand flew to her cheek, reliving the slap. She looked around to see where she was and figured it was a bedroom. But it didn't look any of the rooms at Shantivan. He must have taken her somewhere else. She started crying as he hands went to her stomach in a protective gesture. 'Devi Mayya, please save me! Please let Arnav find me. Don't let Shyam take me away from him!' she prayed.

Arnav started driving to the bank when he got a call from the phone company. He got the last location which was twenty minutes from AR. It had been two hours since Khushi had been taken, which meant Arnav still had a chance to find her. He called the realtor agency again and gave his friend the address and had him look for anything within a 50 mile radius of the location. He didn't know what else to do or call. He continued to go to the bank.

Shyam had gone out to the living room as he planned everything. He knew Arnav would have all the cops searching for him and would be looking for them himself. He didn't have much time to finish the plan before he put it in to action. He picked up his phone and called a friends to see how everything was and to check in.

Khushi stopped crying, thinking of how Arnav would get out of this situation. After all, she was Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada, she was going to do this and live up to her name!

She slowly got up, as to not trip on anything, and carefully walked around looking for a window or door. She felt some boards on the wall about a couple minutes. She tried to open them, but they had been nailed shut. She would need some kind of tool to open them. It wouldn't work with her bare hands. She continued on and finally found the door. She was moving her hand towards the doorknob when she heard a voice coming from the other side of the door. She froze, recognizing the voice and realizing what the person was saying…

That was really good s really!! It is like you are a famous writer or somethin! Who agrees with me??? Wow, can't wait for the next one. I need to know what happened!!! Well still it was amazing.
