yes, it does, along with typical yoga poses (its just that its in a heated room or suana). and its intense. cool part is as an instructor you can tell the students what to do 😆😆

Yep, that's how I felt too. I watched pretty much the entire season in a night. It's quite a page turner.

yes, I know. btw I saw AV, but now some buddies here are saying lets goto the theatres to see it, so am contemplating. As I could not wait and saw it, but am thinking why not see it again? maybe pick up some new things, but have to search indian theatres, because here in LA it seems in american theatres you have to show courtesy, whereas in Toronto all get into the mood and go crazy lol 😆😆 so is that guy telling others to be quiet a common thing, as you have seen many indian movies now in the plexes...
