"Arreh Arreh, Look at the Raizada household, One girl was meant to enter the Raizada family and her sister came aswell, Buy one get one free!" Both the giggling ladies had a fit of laughter staring at Arnav putting red paint on Khushi's head. He could see the pain of their words pierce her heart as she stared back at them dejected. She slowly looked towards Arnav staring at the depths of his eyes and silently pleaded him to make it all better.

"ENOUGH dammit! What's wrong with you women? Do you have nothing better to do in your lives than gossip about others! Unbelievable!"

The two women immediately halted their laughter after seeing Arnav's clenched fists and the imagionary smoke coming out of his ears. The husky and quite fat lady looked at the slim and fair woman, gave her a look and both began running to get away from the crowd who had turned to see what was going on.

"Chotte, What is this?"

"Di one minute. Look I don't believe in all this Holi stuff but Khushi loves Holi, Its her favourite festival and its not the time to isolate her from her loved ones, It's the time to forgive and forget. Whats happened has happened"

"That's easy for you to say bitwa. But she was our Khushi and she has degraded our name by doing this secret marriage" huffed buaji

"It was sudden and she misses you all, forgive her"

Everyone looked around and exchanged looks. Buaji came forward to Khushi and held her cheeks.

"Titalya"

Khushi stepped back.

"Ehh titalya come here"

Khushi shook her head like a kid. Everyone was just staring at her reaction confused.

"Titalya"

"No."

"Hello hi huuuh?" Mami screamed laughing at the sudden developments.

"No buaji" Everyone was staring intently at Khushi. "Im not some type of punch bag that you all use me when you want, throw me when you want and treat me however you want. And im definitely NOT taking this anymore!" she screamed. Arnav just stared at her, it was happening. She was breaking. "All of you, I loved you all so much and and not one of you could understand what I was going through. The pain, the sadness, when I wanted to talk to you, when I begged you , you never looked at me again. You treated me like an adopted child and I realized today, just because Arnavji has asked you to talk to me, your talking to me! What about when I begged you and amma to talk to me, I begged you and yet no one talked to me!" Tears burst out of Khushi's eyes and she wiped them , she ran back to her room and sat near the poolside. Laxmi soon arrived and Khushi poured her feelings out to the goat with Arnav listening in. He felt bad, he felt like the guilt would eat him up, he sat near Khushi who acknowledged his presence, she was tired, she was drained physically and emotionally, she slowly put her head on Arnav's shoulders, Arnav was surprised and than lightly smiled wrapping his hands around Khushi as she talked to her parants.

"Arred where is he? Why hasn't HE come home yet?, perhaps he's gone on a business meeting again!" Anjali chirped before laying down and falling asleep.
