Yaar I have an USB!! It works very good at my desk top PC! I think the problem is with my Laptop and not Internet!!

ok try this setting

goto start menu > run > type gpedit.msc > press entre > then choose computer configuration > administrative templates > Network - qos packet schedular > limit reversible bandwidth > it'll be disabled, enable it and set it to 0, it'll increase ur net speed a bit
