Do we watch a love story for the sake of seeing their physical interactions? From what I heard, it was the memories and the moments they create with one another that makes the love story memorable, not how many times they kissed or if they kissed.
I am not a hypocrite. I just don't like or love story simply because they didn't kiss.
So, again, why do people demand a lip kiss? 😊

How old are you, if I may ask? You make me laugh for sure. There's no such platonic stuff exists in the real life. What is love really without the tint of physical element?

Without some physical closeness, just by looking at each other, who on earth profess their love? Pour in some examples. Would love to know.

Well I am loyal to a story because of the story , not because i want to hyperventilate over some kissing scene. And I think they have shown enough physical proximity in this story to exhibit physical attraction. The story teller doesnt really need to make it "in your face" ...I prefer atleast certain things left to the imagination than have every possible aspect of a relationship hurled at the audience ; an audience which by the way consists of all age groups and walks of life ( By the way, the last i knew, the people meter sample is based on SEC X Age of HW). I am old enough if that means anything , but I still wouldnt be comfortable watching such scenes with my elders.

Fair enough. Nonetheless I would still wonder if you feel comfortable watching all item songs like "chikni chamely", "sheela ki jawani"," munni badnam "etc etc and etc (list goes on and on and on) with your elders. I would presume those songs are aired on any Indian channel every now and then and it would be difficult to turn a blind eye on.

Perhaps you should indulge more on watching family based drama, where love is not the be all and end all element. This particular show however is about love and without a shade of physical proximity jelled in it, love would lose it's core connotation

Sheila ki jawani etc are meant to be item numbers ...and are always taken in that spirit even by family members, ...they are just a mix of provocative moves thats all.
To your point about physical proximity, as I wrote earlier, this show already exhbits quite a bit of physical proximity, and done so with taste and passion, which helps in positioning the serial in just the right wedge between extreme youth and extreme family. Lip locks have certainly been shown earlier in serials, eg Kayamath , Kitni mohabbat hai 2, another kundra serial which i cant recall ... but its the way they had been shot that did not make a family viewer uneasy...the camera needs to be mindful of all the possible audiences thats watching it.
Finally, your way of writing is very personally targetted... I see you are a newbie, and may not be aware that most people on this forum do not make personally targetted statements to others, inspite of the fact that we are a bunch of IPKKND fans with quite diverse opinions. We state our analysis/ likings etc with some decorum and taste, which do not border on the offensive.
Therefore, in future I wouldnt bother to dignify your posts with a counter.
Nevertheless, if you are indeed a newbie , welcome to the forum.

I find the fact that you are asking about my age completely immature- for lack of a better word. Regardless of how old I am or you are, the maturity level is clearly determined. Whether or not someone wishes to see a lip kiss has no relation to age.
I stated that I don't care about a lip kiss or kiss in general, not that I mind it. I don't judge a story's decency based on a kiss.
I don't understand how a kiss has become a "tint of physical element". If that is what you wish for, I'm sure you have seen their cheek kisses and unintentional embraces. hope that suffices.
From what the top discussion is about, I am speaking of lip kisses. If it seemed otherwise, I'm sorry for you.
As for examples... there is practically every Indian drama that shows no lip kisses, excluding the lip kiss. Um, let's see, there is Fruit Basket, a Japanese anime. Wallflower and Skip-Beat. I can give you ton more examples, but I would rather not waste time proving myself to you.
Please do not create this into a challenge or argument as to whose right or wrong. This is a discussion, not a playground for debacles.

Guys, can we stop fighting!?😡
Just watch the show for what it is and if you are watching this show for lip-to-lip kisses, then this show is not for you!
