Chapter 1 - totally gripping. I feel sorry for and dislike Dev at the same time. The curiosity remains why they did not end up with each other if she was Caesars why is she not with him. Funny how things that are meant for immediate consumption like that letter are put off until the mind can absorb and accept so that some decisions can be made. Wonder why Dev wants Maan to come get her? Why not bygones remain bygones. Off to read c2.

Geet seems to be attracted to Maan but curiously he goes away and Dev is terming her as the lady in waiting. Lovely story telling Hasini. I can't wait to know these characters more.

Thanks for starting NMT... loved the concept. It's new and interesting.

Part 1: Dev wrote to Maan while on his deathbed. Maan's apparently miffed coz Dev and Geet are together... from Dev's letter Geet has always been in love with Maan and vice versa. Dev loves Geet. What does Geet feel for Dev? What relationship do they share? Sorry for asking so many questions in the first part itself...lolz... but the curious me can't help it.

Part 2: Maan's an orphan and maybe that's why he prioritized wealth and status above all as mentioned in Dev's letter. Geet and him had a thing for each other from the very start and Dev was the third. Can't wait to know how things played out in their lives to reach at this juncture.

Well, a brilliant story. I somehow feel that the protagonist of this story is Dev more than anyone else. And the Noli Me Tangere is also an emotion Dev feels for Geet because he has always known that Geet belongs to Maan. I think this story will end on Dev's death bed with Maan holding Geet's hands (not literally but figuratively). Interesting...

I did send PMs out when I started it...But not for the next update though.

As for your claim about geet holding Maan's hand on Dev's deathbed. I can assure you that, that one scene is sure not in my story.

What I actually meant was that all of Maan and Geet's story will be in flashback and the story will actually end with Dev ensuring that Maan and Geet are together. As in, there may not be much of a Maan and Geet story in the future, like A.D.Dev... know what I mean.

So, u only rejected the Maan holding Geet part. So does that mean that you actually intend to write this story with Dev as the protagonist?

And the font was meant as a punishment because I thought I did not receive ur PM. I seem to have punished you for no fault of urs. 😆

I can assure you even this assumption of yours is not in my story...😉 That it ends with Dev being on the death bed. Trust me I waited a long time to write NMT...and not because I didn't know how to get it going (plot). I just wanted to get the angst right...
