Pratigya is showing symptoms of pregnancy. So how can the doctor be set up to lie about Pratigya's pregnancy Our krishna will love Pratz for ever. Krishna's love for Pratigya is the main theme of MKAP. CV's cannot change that. If they do so that would be the end of the serial.
