Geet wasn't getting any sleep; she kept tossing from right to left or vice-versa. She glanced at Pinky who was snoring deep in her sleep. She smiled. She took out her cotton balls from her ears and walked into the living room. She smiled again.

Yash was watching the Experts Miami. It was one of his favourites, Geet remembered. Geet sat beside his brother and started to stuff junk food in her mouth. Yash lifted his eyes to glance at his sister. "Stop eating these junks" he said snatching it from her mouth. Geet stared at her baby brother, her mouth hanging open. "It's not good for the baby even if its taste good" Yash remarked. Geet smiled, pools of tears formed. Yash noticed Geet crying while smiling. He leaned against her and wiped her tears. He cupped her face and asked "why are you crying?"

Geet shook her head in response "it's just...seeing you so grown up...makes...me happy" she sobbed hugging him. Yash patted her hair. "I know" he mumbled.

Geet brushed her tears before Yash would start asking another questions. She knew he desperately wanted to know who his brother-in-law was.

"By the way, Yash, who's your boss whom you keep harping about" Geet asked.

"He's very good, he's cool, he's MSK" Yash replied his eyes fixed on the screen.

"MSK?" Geet asked confused. "MSK stands for Maan Singh Khurana..." she thought "please don't let it be Maan" she prayed.

"You know...Maan Singh Khurana" Yash finished.

"He's very nice, didi"

Geet stared at her baby brother her mouth hanging open! She didn't want her brother to suspect her relations with Maan, so she quietly shut her mouth. "Oh?" she said silently.

"Okay, Yash, I am feeling very sleepy" Geet said trying to stop herself from crying in front of her brother!

"You're suddenly feeling sleepy?' Yash asked suspicious. Geet felt her stomach groaned "you surely don't want to me to watch this" she said faking a smile and pointed towards the screen.

Yash nodded for a 'no' and he grinned back at his sister.

Geet stared at the ceiling. "What is this, god?" she asked. "Why are you bringing the cycle of my life back in front of my eyes, here, Yash, he doesn't even know that his cool boss is his brother-in-law" Geet said feeling a tear escaping her eye.

She patted her tummy and said "maybe he knows Yash is my brother that's why he was asking him such queer questions the other day" Geet said adding pieces of the puzzle together. "Hmm...Yeah maybe"

She soon found her eyes closing...and she dozed off...

"I must know in which condition Geet is?" Maan said pacing the floor.

"Where's she living?"

"I must certainly know...but how?"

An idea finally hit him "on Yash Chopra's document, I'll find the address of her house, I'll go there under the pretext of some dumb projects for Yash and by chance I may see if Geet is well or not...this doctor's words are very terrifying" Maan said as he paced the floor.

"Yes...I am going to do it..."
