Part 28: Khushi weds Arnav

Next morning at RM:

The entire RM is decked with lights and flowers... is extremely beautiful...

Anjali is pacing up and down ordering everyone to take care of things...

Mami is very excited that Arnav bitwaa is getting married so that very soom she can get Akaash married too...

Anjali goes to Arnav's room and she looks at his bed...he is not there...She starts panicking...but she turns around only to find out that he is next to the poolside...looking at his parents pictures...

Anjali is shocked to see Arnav in tears...

Anjali: Chote...yeh kya...tum aaj ki din aise...

Arnav: I'm fine di...bas yuhi...

Anjali: Aaj mama papa hote toh kitne khush hote...Yeh jaankar ki unke chote koek aisi ladki mili hai jo unhe hameshaa khush rakhegi...

Arnav: Khushi ne meri zindagi badal di '.di! Uske bagair mein bahut adhoora hoon...mere dil mein pyaar ka ehsaas phir se jagaaya...di...I owe her everything...

Anjali: Hum jaante hai ki aap khushi se bahut pyaar karte...aur aaj yeh rishta aur bhi atoot ho jaayega...abhi jaldi tayaar ho jaaon...sirf kuch ghante bache hai...

Arnav: Ok di...I 'll be ready...

Arnav's Haldi ceremony takes place...just imagine Arnav with Haldi all over.

And then after wards he gets ready...for the wedding

Arnav gets ready in blue shervani...and he looks so hot...

He opens his cupboard...and remembers khushi sitting inside '..and gives a smile...

At Khushi's house:

Khushi's haldi ceremony is going on too...

In he evening Everyone is getting Khushi ready...and finally Payal puts the ghunghat on her head...

Khushi looks like a princess who dropped straight from heaven...

Imagine Khushi in this: 😳

Buaji comes and tells them that baarat is ready...and is going to be here very soon...

Khushi's amma takes her nazar and tells her,

Amma: Khushi tum...ek nayee zindagi mein per rakhne waali ho...tumhe ek bade ghar ki bahu banne jaa rahi bitiya...hameshaa apni parivaar ka maan rakhna aur kabhi bhi unhe shikaayat ka mouka mat dena...samjhi...

Khushi tears up and hugs her amma...and her jiji...

Payal: ab bahut ho gaya rona dhona...chal...

The girls come running and say...Baaraat aa gayi hai...

The mandap is set up outside the open area...

Buaji and amma greet the Arnav and the family...They all do the tikka ceremony and invite the grooms family...

Pandit has started chanting the mantras and ask the Arnav to come and take his seat at the mandap...

Arnav comes and takes his seat...and then the pandit ask to get the dulhan...

Payal and amma slowly bring khushi out to the mandap '.she is coming from behind Arnav...and slowly khushi takes her seat next to Arnav...Khushi has her ghunghat on so he cant really see her face...but he is mesmerized by how she looks in her lehenga...

The pandit ask them to stand up and face each other...

Pandit: Ab aap ek doosre ko varmaala pahenaayiye...

Arnav looks at Khushi with so much love...and he is just staring at her...with the garland in his hand...

Anjali looks at Arnav and gives a sweet smile...

Anjali: chote...ab pehena bhi do...warna muhurat khatam ho jaayegi...

Arnav snaps out...and he slowly puts the garland arund Khushi...

Khushi slowly puts the garland around Arnav...and then they take the seat '

Payal comes and does the ghat bandhan.

Khushi and Arnav stand up to take the seven circles, the pandit recites the mantras and speak of the real essence and significance of marriage. Arnav and Khushi take their seven oaths as follows:

With God as their guide, they take, the first step to nourish each other, the second step to grow together in strength the third step to preserve their wealth , the fourth step to share their joys and sorrows the fifth step to care for their children, the sixth step to be together forever, the seventh step to remain lifelong friends, the perfect halves to make a perfect whole.

It is also during this time that Arnav fills sindoor on Khushi's maang and puts mangalsutra around her neck.

And then Amma and Babuji come and perform khushi's kanyadaan.

Arnav and Khushi are declared husband and wife by the pandit...Khushi Kumari Gupta becomes Khushi Singh Raizada...(yeah...party people)!

Khushi and Arnav are getting ready to leave Khushi's home...Khushi is in all tears and is hugging her amma and Babuji...she then hugs paayal very tightly...Khushi comes and hugs Buaji...

Khushi: Buaji, ab aap kyon ro rahi hai...aapki sanka devi jaa rahi hai...

Buaji: chup...aise mat kehna bitiya...and she hugs Khushi...khush reh...

Akaash looks at Paayal very lovingly and feels hurt seeing her cry...

Babuji folds his hand in front of the raizada's and ask them to take care of Khushi...and Nani and Anjali promise that Khushi will always be happy...

Khushi sits in the car crying very bitterly and Arnav sits next to her...he gently holds khushi's hand...and khushi just places her head on his shoulder...and Arnav cups her face...They drive off...

Screen freezes...

Precap: Arnav slowly removes Khushi's jhumka...and kisses her on the nape of her neck...and Khushi closes her eyes...
