That change in time from 6:30 to 11:00p.m. had debilitating effects on the chaskermeter and TRPS since it is being televised too late thus capturing a smaller audience. Apparently it was doing much better at 6:30.p.m. and should have remained that way. When we had requested the time change it is obvious that ZeeTV was definitely in very high spirits. Perhaps they are now cheering gleefully, "Mission accomplished!"
@tanutes...agreed! Reminds me of that saying " Be careful what you wish for!!" I suspect the majority of viewers who requested the time change were in the PT and CT zones, since they were getting an initial viewing of 3.30pm/5.30 pm, with no later repeat telecasts. The lesson here is that you cannot please everyone! However if Zee had kept the 6.30 ET telecast and included a repeat telecast between 11pm to 1am ET, that may have been more palatable to everyone. But I have a sneaky suspicion that Zee knew what it was doing all along, and we played right into their hands!
