Beeji was rushing around the hall going around to each and every person telling them to either hurry up or re-arrange the decorations in a better way. Chachi followed her but she was of no help. Finally, Beeji, getting agitated by her following her around, sent her up to the girls room to see the progress there, thinking Well at least this will keep her away from me.Such a waste. She doesn't even do anything. What a pain.

Chachi retreated not understanding the real motive behind Beeji's doing. She was happy though, since she did not want to walk around the house with Beeji. It was too much work and made her back hurt. Also, she wanted to look at the the expensive jewelry that she wished to see on her son's wife! Ah the thought of her son getting married made her want to smile even bigger then she already was. Sure Jeevika was not her daughter and neither was Maanvi. They were her bhatji's, and most chachis' would not like their bhatiji's. Obviously that was not the case in this household, Chachi thought triumphantly. Chachi was immensely proud of the alliance that had formed between her favorite niece and the Vadera house.

The family was rich and they would always care for her. What had made her even more happy was that even her younger niece, Maanvi, was getting married, on the same day, same time, same place, into the same family as her older sister. Chachiji had always worried about Maanvi She has never been serious in her life time and the reason behind her sudden agreement to the wedding proposal had left everyone baffled. All of them still worry that she might do something at the end minute like she always ended up doing. One thing that made Chachi calm down though was that Since Jeevika will be in the same family, she could and would control Maanvi's craziness. Right? I hope so for Maanvi's sake.

On the other side but the in same town in the groom's house, everyone was hurrying to leave the house to reach the wedding hall at the right time. The ironic fact of the situation was that the groom's themselves were pulling all the members out of the house! But as expected, no one was to leave until Dadaji stepped out the house. It would be considered auspicious for younger family members to leave the house first when there were older family members present. It would almost mark the idea that there was no guardian in the family which would not be accepted by Dadaji.

Finally, just as they were about to loose their patience, Dadaji made his grand relieving entry. Both grooms faces were covered with the dulhe ka sehra (we hope it's the right word) as they came forward and bent to touch their respected grand father. He gave them his blessing, walking over to the car to sit, as the young lads sat on the horses and everyone else followed in front of them dancing the to the melody.

Back at the hall, Chachi knocked on the door breathing hard after climbing not more than fifteen steps.

"Open up! How long does it take to get dressed?? Open up and I will help you if you need it! The boys might be coming at any time! What will you do then!!? How will we face them? Haye Oh My Gawd! Open the door right now! Beeji told me to make sure you were all ready! She will definitely kill me if you two are not ready by then." Chachi shouted, biting her nail as she got nervous at the thought of being unprepared for the marriage.

It would have been okay, but The Buaji, what was her name? Swamni! She scared Chachiji so much. Always commanding people to do this and that. She liked to maintain order, which meant everything had to be done the way she liked it. Everyone in the Vadera house listened to her. No one, not even Dadaji, avoided the words of wisdom that Swamni uttered. She was the right hand of the house, and to have her on your bad side would be like having a lion ready to eat you from behin.

Swamniji's air of arrogance always made Chachi even more nervous about Maanvi's married life in that house. God knows how she will behave and what her actions will lead to! In this house, Jeevika would always stand up for her. But there? Jeevika would have her own problems and adjustments to take care of. There was no doubt Jeevika would manage it all. But everything related to Maanvi made everyone in the family worry.

Maanvi was a girl of her own thoughts, her own words, her own life. She did not truly care about anyone else. All that mattered to her was her sister and everything related to her. Then after that the world could just disappear for all she cared. Would Swamniji agree to that? Chachi still wondered why exactly had Swamniji agreed in allowing Maanvi to marry Viraat and vice versa.

Chachi had seen the way Swamniji had stared at Maanvi when the family had visited the Vadhera house. She knew that Swamniji did not like Maanvi from first appearance itself. They were too different, and had radically different views on life, which proved to Chachi that issues will proceed in the future. At that moment, it had not mattered since Maanvi had not been the one marrying into the family. Until that fateful day when suddenly everything had been turned upside down by that one sentence uttered from her younger niece.

Precap: "Virat what are you doing? Are you happy with this marriage?"

Virat watched his bhai with a grim face.

Jeevika: "Maanvi, you have one more chance to think about it. Are you truly sure?"

Maanvi looked up at her sister not sure what to reply back. yes, she didn't want to lie. Leave that, she has lied a lot before but never even once to her sister.
