Hi, Apart from your topic title, I agree that Sana made her mark with her role as Ganga... She may or may not be solely blamed for the loss of TRPs... Its not the actor who is responsible but the writers, creatives, producers and the PH, all are to be blamed for the lackluster and unpopular tracks and the drag on such tracks sending viewers away.

I mean just look at the serial called sathia saat nibhana topping the TRP charts with less popular cast but a good storyline backed by a firm grip on the continuity and impact of the tracks, just watched a few episodes and can readily tell why they are doing so well.
