Background and Part 1

Maan and Geet were the son and daughter of the two best of friends Rajveer Singh Khurana and Mohinder Handa. They were friends since childhood' Maan being two years elder to Geet was always protective about her'. He always felt he was the one destined to take care of the little princess, his sweetheart, his Mishti as he used to call her' and Geet felt she was the one who could just make Maan do things which others could never do' Maan being an arrogant, rude and introvert as a person never did agree to others and has his own perception towards everything' To make him understand things which even his parents couldn't do, Geet would make him realise'. They just complimented each other in every sense' They went to school together, were together for lunch and even did their homework and studies back at home together'

Geet always had inclination towards interior designing' She loved to sketch and design' Whereas Maan preferred to scale and draw the architecture of buildings' Being the son of an architect and now the owner of the construction company, he had got it in his blood'

Always together dreaming and sharing everything they could, these two could never imagine lives without each other'

On Geet's 15^th birthday'

Maan runs to Geet's house to be the first one to wish her birthday'

Maan: Rano Maa (Geet's mom)'. Rano Maa' Geet kahan hai??? Kya kar rahi hai Mishti'???

Rano: Arre Maan puttar tu aa gaya??? Chal aa aur chakh kar bata kaisa bana hai ye gajar ka halwa'

Maan: Abhi nahi maa' Aapko pata hai na mujhe Mishti ko pehle wish karna hai birthday' Pehle batao na kahan hai wo'???

Rano: Jaanti hoon' Jaanti hoon'. Tujhe to apni mishti k saamne kuch dikhayi bhi nhi deta' Wo apne kamre mein hai' Pata nhi kya kar rhi hai 2 ghante se room band karke' Kisi ko bhi andar nahi aane de rhi hai' Tu hi jaake dekh kya kar rhi hai wo'

Maan: Kamra band karke' !!! Main dekhta hoon Maa'

Maan runs to Geet's room' He finds that the door is slightly opened' Without thinking he just enters the room to find no one around' He wonders where the birthday girl is' Just then the door of the bathroom opens and he finds Geet come out of the washroom in shorts and a spaghetti top ' He is just lost seeing her in such an outfit' He stares at her'

Geet sees Maan and screams because she wasn't prepared to show her new outfit to someone as yet' She didn't expect anyone to be there in the room leave alone Maan' Maan immediately covers her mouth to cut down her scream'

Maan: Happy Birthday Mishti' Ab ye batao ye kya hai??? Maa ko pata hai kya ye tumne khareeda hai??? Aur'

Geet immediately comes to her senses'

Geet: Maan' Shhh' Maa ko kuch mat batana' This I got for myself this birthday as a gift' So was just trying it out' and yes u should now be careful' I am a 15 year old girl' Knock the door and come into my room' Huh'!!!!

Maan: Whhhaaattt??? Knock into the room and come' ye kaunsa naya rule hai tumhare birthday par' Maan Singh Khurana kabhi bhi kahin bhi knock karke nahi jaata' (with full attitude)'

Geet: Hey Mr. Attitude' Apne attitude jaakar kisi aur ko dikhana' U should have some basic manners to come into a girl's room after knocking and when u have her permission' *She winks*

Maan: Arre Mishti' Ye ladkiyon waali baatein please tum to mujhse kara mat karo' Tum aur ladki' (Laughs out loud and falls on the floor laughing)'

Geet (hitting Maan on his shoulders and back): u scoundrel' Kya kehna chahte ho tum' Main ladki nhi hoon' I just hate u sooo much' Dusht Danav kahin k'

Maan: But I love u yaar' Chalo ab jaldi se jaakar change kar lo' Maa ne aise dekh liya to aaj se tumhara akele rehna and bahar jaana sab band ho jaayega' I have some surprise for my sweetest birthday girl here' Come fast' I am waiting for u outside'.

Geet: Bas abhi aati hoon' Gimme 2 minutes' Tum bahar wait karo mera'

Hey friends'

This gives a slight background of the story and a short part' I will increase the length of the updates once I get the flow of the story' Some random ideas in my mind have still to be formulated' Please let me know hows it' The story will come to the introduction gradually as I am first trying to get the background ready'
