Its not stupid, Neetz. I never cry but i do agree that it was sad to see them like that in the precap. You don't see the romance and the chemistry - you only see how they are so incomplete without each-other and its such an unhappy existence for Abhay when there is no Piya in it and its such an empty and hollow life for Piya that has no Abhay in it.
