In legal jargon if the woman is unconscious and has not given express consent and if the man has intercourse with her that is termed rape. It was shown that Tapasya staggered...Rathore went close to her...she pushed him away and said she wanted to sleep. I did not mean for it to be any sort of provocation😊 But yes if someone commends or condones any action I ask first whether they themselves would do it as its a good indication of whether they believe it to be wrong or right.

See Ankit this is where you and many others misunderstand me😊 I have never defended Tapasya's deeds as RIGHT! Did I ever say what she is doing is right? But yes I have understood what makes her do these things and it is indeed tragic. This is criminal psychology. Perhaps my studies in this area may have made me more pitying towards Tapasya I can understand why she does what she does. But never have I said I would do those sort of things because I would most certainly not!

it is my opinion that no girl deserves to be penetrated when they are drunk and every man should have that common courtesy not to do such when a girl is not in her senses.

yes otherwise he wouldnt say the next morning "yeh maine kya kiya" and then go to apologise to Tapasya😆 Cos generally you only apologise if you did something😆

@srklvr ..though both male and female are biologically made different but being pregnant is not rape 😆 now a man cannot become pregnant it doesn't mean he got no izzat😆😆😆and you really need to open your eyes and see around the world how many such cases have been emerging where women has raped men 😆😆 and as far answer for veer ...that's only his assumption the type of person he is who easily goes on guilt trips but at that moment he was not mentally full concious obviously when he saw tapasya near him in such condition he assumed that maybe something happened between them and by the way veer never remembers anything from that night only tapasya does so it clearly shows he was unconcouis 😆😆 in fiction all details are not given to you straight forward sometimes you have to think by yourself undersatnd the situation this keeps the readers /viewers interests alive not that what you saw half thing and said ok this is it 😆😆😆
