Recap; Maan and Shalini get engaged.

Dadima was waiting for Geet to arrive from the outhouse. Maan also came down looking tensed. Kaushaliya was taking her medicines, which were actually smarties! She looked smug that she had got Maan engaged. Geet arrived and hurried to dadima as Nakul had told her she was waiting.

"Ji Dadima?". Dadima did not know how to start the conversation. "Dadima sab teek hain na?"

"Beta kisi ne 10 lakh chori kar liye mere kamre se, aisi harkat toh aaj tak kisi ne bi nahi ki". She looked on sadly.

"Geet police ko phone karo" fumed Maan.

"Nahin beta bari badnaami hogi rehne do" Kaushaliya argued. Neelam walked in and heard all the conversation. "Haan bhai rehne do police ko hume sirf nazar rakni hogi ke kaun hain namak haraam" said Neelam hesitantly. All of them agreed. Geet was lost in thought, she did not like anyone cheating on her family. She thought of all the posiibilities but all the staff were very loyal. They had privileges that no one had and were well paid too.

She went into dadima's room and spoke to her and checked her room just in case she had misplaced them. It was of no use the money had indeed been stolen. She was going past Neelam's room that she heard shouting, she stood there hearing her talk. "Vivek maine socha tah tum mujse pyar karte ho, iss liye mere tumare itne kareeb aa gai. Main pregnant hoon agar meri family ko pata chal toh wo kaise react kare ge muje pata nahin. Tumari dhoke baazi se main toot gai hoon. Tumari wajah se maine apne ghar se 10 lakh chori kiye hain, taake main private clinic main ja kar abortion kar sakoo..." she started swearing at himand he cut the phone.

Geet looked on shocked. Neelam turned around with tears in her eyes. She had a heart attack seeing Geet. She panicked and pulled Geet in her room and locked it. "Geet please kisi ko nahin batana, main bari musibat main hoon. Mujse galti hogai uss Vivek par barosa kiya, please Geet dadima aur Bhai ko nahin batana". Geet was lost in thought that anyone found out she was pregnant then it will be huge disgrace on the Khurana family.

"Muje ye paise chahiye te abortion keliye iss liye maine churai, agar maine aisa na kiya toh humari family badnaam hojai gi society main". Geet understood her and cried with her at her predicament. "Teek hain Neelam main tumare saat chaloo gi abortion clinic". Both walked out. "Aree tum dono kaha chali?" asked Maan. "Wo bhai shopping muje bahut saari shopping karni hain raat ko der hojai gi, Geet saat hogi toh muje aik aur opinion miljai gi" Neelam said looking a bit flustered. Maan smiled that his wife and sister were bonding.

Neelam and Geet arrived at the clinic and had to fill in the forms. Neelam was about to fill in her name that Geet stopped her. "Ye kiya kar rehi ho? Agar press ko pata chal gaya toh, they will run with the story, chalo main fill karti hoon". She filled her name Geet Handa. All went well and the abortion was successful. Neelam could not thank her enough. "Geet tum kitni achi ho, aisa lagta hain tum meri rishtedaar ho balke uss se bi achi". "Haan hoon" Geet replied. Neelam looked puzzled. "Main tumari bhabi hoon, Maan ki wife".

"Kiya?! Magar bhai kit oh sagai hui hain Shalini se". Geet explained everything that had happened and Neelam understood. "Acha Neelam tum kisi saheli ke ghar do teen din chali jao rest karne keliye ye na ho koi shak karne lage" said a concerned Geet. Neelam agreed and phoned Kaushaliya her plans of staying over her friends.

Geet returned home. She was lying on the bed thinking about what had happened and was relieved that it was all over. Maan sneaked in her room and lay next to her. "Acha mere kiyalo main koi ho?"

Geet got up looking shocked, he pulled her down and embraced her. "Geet I missed you all day, aik baar bi nahin phone kiya".

"Wo mainshopping main busy ti iss liye, you know girls and shopping". She stumbled over her words. "Geet iski toh saza mile gi" he gave her bedroom eyes. He lowered his lips and gave her a gentle kiss and looked deep in her eyes. She studied the passion exuding from his eyes and smiled shyly. "Mr Maan Singh Khurana your very naughty". Maan smirked and started kissing her passionately. Both enjoyed each other. Maan's phone rang and he left .

Geet woke up the next morning and was feeling nauseas. She began feeling sick. She went off to the doctor to get herself checked as she had been feeling like that for days. "Mrs Khurana aap ka last period kab tah?". Geet checked her diary "Doctor 42 days ago". "Acha muje urine sample chahiye". The doctor checked her sample and came inside. "Congratulations Mrs Khurana aap maa banana wali hain, isiliye aapki tabeeyat kharaab rehti hain". Geet was so happy, she could not wait to tell Maan.The doctor advised her about the pregnancy and diet. Geet got out and thought of ways to break the news. She was so excited. Her mobile rang. "Maan main aapko phone karne wali ti".

"Acha? Ye batao meri pyari si Mrs Khurana aap kaha ho?"

"Main wo ghar aa ke batati hoon aapko surprise dena hain".

"Teek hain jaldi aoo love you bye", he said huskily.

Maan turned around and saw Kaushaliya. He seemed like a thief that has got caught. "Maan aapse baat karni ti shaadi ke date kae baare main".

"Maa main ye shaadi nahi kar sakta" he said firmly. "par kyon?".

"Kyon ke...kyon ke maine shaadi kar li hain...Geet ke saat". Kaushaliya fumed "Muje pata ta ke wo Geet bahut chalaak hain".

"Maa wo bahut achi hain"

"Achi hain...Maan uss tawaif ne toh tume bewakoof banaya hain" spoke Arjun in the door way. Maan charged at him and grabbed his collar. "Tumari himmat kaise hui mere ghar main anne ki?". Kaushaliya rushed to stop Maan. "Dadima aapne kaha tah ke ye humare ghar nahin aye ga".

"Maan meri baat toh sun lo, ye dekho tumari Geet ka khaarnama". He gave the abortion consent form and termination declaration of the docter. Maan looked shocked. "Ye handwriting Geet ki hain na? Aur ye signature bi?". Maan knew it was her writing. "Maan dekho uss ne tumare bache ko maar diya, aur tumse poocha bi nahin". Maan looked broken and could not believe Geet could do that to their child. Kaushaliya consoled him. "Maan beta aik tawaif apna rang dekha deti hain, tume dekho ussne poochna guawara bi nahin samja". Maan fell to the couch in disbelief. "Meri Geet aisa nahin kar sakti, nahin kar sakti!".

"Aisa hua hain Maan, aisa hua hain!" smirked Kaushaliya and Arjun.
